Raised in San Francisco, California, Marty watched her grandmother purchase Beautiful Multi-Family flats, and her grandfather restored Victorian homes in the Pacific and Presidio Heights areas to their" Natural" beauty. This is where Marty's love for residential real estate began! She also had the opportunity to learn about farm and ranch while her family raise Black Angus Cows in Santa Rosa. Which keeps her humbled and is proud to say, "I am a 3rd generation Realtor"! Her family has owned real estate, land, ranch, and rental properties in Texas and California for 88+ years. Marty's first commercial real estate experience was working for the multi-million-dollar company Marcus & Millichap in California, before she joined hotels such as The Four Seasons and The Ritz Carlton as their group coordinator. In 1994 Marty and her family relocated to the DFW metroplex where they lived in different cities in the surrounding metroplex. She understands the struggles of relocating to an unfamiliar place and what it takes to find the home that fits your family needs. She worked for a Law firm as the assistant to the CEO of the company and later started her own cleaning company, which opened more doors with Make Ready's for Clients, helping Realtors, Commercial, and Staging.
