I interviewed several agents before deciding to list with them and I immediately got the impression that they were the most knowledgeable, honest and skilled agents in the area. This impression was almost instantly confirmed as they were able to get my property under contract in less than 1 day after the listing went live and for almost the entire list price. It literally would not have been possible to get a better outcome than this. Beyond the amazing job with getting the property sold so quickly, they also went above and beyond to ensure closing went smooth and the property was maintained, which was critically important as I had moved out of town.
