ZillowVERIFIED Marty was such a asset to me when I was purchasing my first home. I was doing it all on my own with absolutely zero knowledge about the process. He was patient, informative, and went above what was necessary to do anything I asked. He showed me a house I was absolutely in love with even though it had gone under contract because I insisted on seeing it. He warned me not to fall in love but of course I did. Days later when the original contract fell through, he found out immediately and contacted me to make an offer. He was never pushy and waited it out with me when I refused to settle on something I didn't think was perfect. He has continued to provide me resources whenever I have needed them, even though it's been over two years since he helped me buy my house. If I am ever in the market for anything again, I won't go to anyone other than Marty.

ZillowVERIFIED Long story: I bought my house in 1985. The older lady who owned the home next door from 1961 until her death in 2000 had been my best friend in every way. Her children thereafter sold the house to a company that renovated and upgraded with newer furnace etc. The company finally could no longer keep reliable renters and the property reverted to the bank. A sale sign went up in the yard. I went into panic mode.... it was crazy enough with some of the weirdo renters that had lived there over the course of years but what if some nut case bought the place and lived there? You can not pick your relatives or neighbors!!! Mac's home! I knew I needed to act fast to get financing (very good credit) and "save" her house (and my sanity as well as the immediate neighborhood) and therefore I could "control" who moved in as a renter. I had heard rumor of this amazing real estate agent named Marty S. Russell through a friend who knew him well. I contacted Marty and immediately he was "on the case". The ease of purchasing the property was a total surprise to me! I had not actually been inside the house for a few years so Marty scheduled a showing for me (and my 'potential' renter) the next day. Marty even assured me that he could help with rental applications if my friend decided not to move in. I put in a "bid" that day with Marty and the day after had a counter bid from the bank! I accepted (pending inspection with the company Marty recommended) and within 15 days or so was signing the final papers for ownership at Exit Realtor. It had to be some kind of record!!! New to being a "landlord" Marty also assisted with standard 'rental forms' that I printed and used. I still had questions and Marty was on the phone or in email with fast and accurate assistance. I cannot thank him enough for everything he has done I highly recommend Mr Russell to any home buyer or seller. He will get the job done expeditiously for you. THANK YOU, MARTY!!! Sarah A
