Marty was outstanding. We had been looking for a while to purchase a lot for a custom home build for our retirement. We settled on the area, just needed the right lot to come up. What looked like the perfect lot came up on Zillow and we contacted Marty. He listened to what we were looking for and provided insight on the lot and community. This was a remote purchase, over a 5-hour commute, so we relied heavily on Marty. Within a week, Marty was in contact with the FSBO seller to coordinate a time to video tour the property. He walked the lot, created the video and assured us the lot would accommodate our planned build. We were confident enough to make the commute to see the lot and the community. We commuted on a Friday, met Marty early on Saturday, walked the lot, toured the community and decided on the spot to put in an offer. By 2pm that day, the deal was done and we were back home Saturday night excited by what just happened. Over the next three weeks, Marty guided us through the closing process, managing the interactions and document reviews so we could close remotely. From initial contact to final closing, the whole deal took less than a month. Martys professionalism and dedication truly made a difference in our lot purchase process, especially considering the remote nature of the transaction. Its impressive how he took the initiative to walk the lot, create a video, and ensure it met our needs, which was a huge relief given the distance. Martys commitment didnt stop once the offer was accepted; his continued support throughout the closing process and beyond demonstrates his dedication to his clients. Its clear that he not only facilitated the purchase but also played a crucial role in making us feel confident and informed every step of the way. Greatly appreciated. Job well done!
