ZillowVERIFIED Marty Harris did an amazing job as our realtor and has my highest recommendation to be your realtor. I cannot overstate the significant contributions he made and a job well done that led to the sale of our home, listing to closing in 11 days. The day I met with Marty we met for about an hour in my empty home. All of my paperwork was signed online that made the administrative side stress free. Within a few days, Marty set me up with a landscaper and a photographer to get really great photos of the house. A day later the house was listed and I had a cash offer in the first 3 hours. In that same day, we had 4 or 5 scheduled showings and competing offers. By Wednesday we had settled on a negotiated cash offer that went from contract to close in 9 days. In that time, Marty met with a storage company that delivered a pod to the property so I can load items I left in the garage. He picked me up from the airport and made sure I was good to go. Not only is he a great realtor and negotiator but a great person, willing to help wherever help is needed. Marty has my highest recommendation toward the sale and purchase of your home. I hope this review helps you in the pursuit of your next realtor. Thanks again Marty!

ZillowVERIFIED I had an absolutely outstanding experience working with my real estate agent Marty Harris to purchase my new home. From our first meeting to the final closing, he demonstrated exceptional professionalism, market knowledge, and dedication. Marty's expertise was evident in how he listened carefully to my needs and preferences, then matched me with properties that perfectly aligned with my criteria. Marty never wasted my time showing homes that didn't fit my requirements, yet introduced me to neighborhoods I hadn't considered that ended up being perfect for my lifestyle. Throughout the negotiation process, his strategic advice and strong advocacy saved me thousands of dollars. When unexpected issues arose during inspection, he quickly connected me with reliable contractors who provided fair estimates and quality work. What truly sets this agent apart is Marty's responsiveness and communication. Whether I texted late at night with a nervous question or needed clarification on complex paperwork, he was always available with clear, patient explanations. Even after closing, he has remained a valuable resource, recommending local services and checking in to ensure I'm settling in well. Marty's combination of market intelligence, negotiation skills, and genuine care for their clients makes them the ideal partner in the home buying journey. I wholeheartedly recommend this exceptional real estate agent to anyone looking to purchase a home. Marty Harris transformed what could have been a stressful process into an exciting and rewarding experience.

ZillowVERIFIED Marty was outstanding to work with. As a first time home buyer I was under the impression that buying a home was going to be difficult and a really drawn out process. With in 3 weeks Marty found me EXACTLY what I was looking for, walked me through every step of the transaction and I never once felt like he was a "salesman". 12 out of 10, 6 out of 5 stars. Top notch service.

ZillowVERIFIED Marty was a fantastic agent to work with. Aside from an initial viewing, my entire home buying process was remote. Marty helped me out every step of the way with every aspect of the homebuying experience. Always available, always responsive. I'd gladly recommend Marty to anyone in the Mobile area.

ZillowVERIFIED Marty is a class act, bona-fide professional, and all around expert in the the realty profession. He assisted us in our first home purchase, but more than that, he was a steward of sound advice, a consistent voice of clarity and strategy, and a total 'boots on the ground' asset we had on our behalf. Day and night he was available for sage advice and he was instrumental in helping us navigate arguably one of the most important events in our lives. We seriously couldn't have done this without Marty, from veteran to veteran, we are forever grateful- thank you for helping our family

ZillowVERIFIED Marty truly went the extra mile to help us purchase our home. When the appraiser would not sign off on the house because a piece of new trim was not painted Marty painted it himself. He was easy to reach and great to work with. Highly recommend!
