Marty Harris did an amazing job as our realtor and has my highest recommendation to be your realtor. I cannot overstate the significant contributions he made and a job well done that led to the sale of our home, listing to closing in 11 days. The day I met with Marty we met for about an hour in my empty home. All of my paperwork was signed online that made the administrative side stress free. Within a few days, Marty set me up with a landscaper and a photographer to get really great photos of the house. A day later the house was listed and I had a cash offer in the first 3 hours. In that same day, we had 4 or 5 scheduled showings and competing offers. By Wednesday we had settled on a negotiated cash offer that went from contract to close in 9 days. In that time, Marty met with a storage company that delivered a pod to the property so I can load items I left in the garage. He picked me up from the airport and made sure I was good to go. Not only is he a great realtor and negotiator but a great person, willing to help wherever help is needed. Marty has my highest recommendation toward the sale and purchase of your home.
