Also although Marty is very personable and likeable he is a super busy agent, and told us several times himself that he was just soooo busy. Because he is so busy he had difficulty paying attention to and remembering customer details. This caused him to make a mistake in our negotiating in the sale of our home, and cost us an $1,400. The worst part is, is that he could not admit he made a mistake and would not help us resolve the issue.
