We made so many memories in this home that we will cherish. When it became time to put our home on the market, we had recommendations for numerous local agents. When we met with Martine Arndt, we knew we had found THE ONE. We hadnt sold real estate property in decades and Martine was so thorough and patient as she took us through every step in the process of marketing our home. She was so kind and personable that it seemed as if we had known her for years! What distinguishes her among other agents is he remarkable understanding of the buying and selling culture in the area. She taps into that and expertly generates a buzz and excitement for your property. The consummate professional, Martine is always 10 steps ahead of all the logistics. She came, looked over the place and told us we had to declutter, get rid of this and that etc. She told us if we wanted to sell our home of 43 years, we had to get rid of a lot of stuff and fix the place up. She was absolutely correct. We did what she asked and sold our house in 2 days. She was direct, forceful and somewhat demanding but she got the job done. I would recommend Martine to anyone .

Our challenge was reviewing properties and making a final offer while living several states away. Marine would dig into details about specific properties that we would identify, provide live video tours of the properties, and give honest answers to our questions.
