ZillowVERIFIED Martina did an outstanding job helping us to purchase our home. She made sure notify us every time a new listing came on the market and she was always available to get us into the houses. She advised us on how to proceed and got us an accepted offer which was not easy to do in this crazy market. We were working with another agent before Martina and the difference was night and day. I would highly recommend Martina if you are looking to buy or sell.

ZillowVERIFIED Martina is the absolute best! She is highly knowledgeable, professional, and always on top of everything! Shes also a pleasure to work with, so friendly, and shes a great person! We used her as our agent to both sell and buy a house at the same time and she was excellent! She got us 50 thousand over our asking price for the house we sold and was able to negotiate the price down by 75 thousand on the house we bought! We were in contract for both within a few weeks! She responds quickly to texts and is always available for questions or concerns. She is patient and offered great advice and feedback while showing us houses. She coordinated all the showings perfectly during the selling process, re-adjusting times and appointments to best accommodate our needs and knows how to get the deal done quickly!! The professional pictures and 3-D interactive type of way to see each room were incredible and really made our house stand out. Martina is truly amazing and we would use her again in a heartbeat! HIGHLY recommend!!!

ZillowVERIFIED My agent, Martina Scheben, was extremely professional in assisting me in selling my mom's home. It was also my childhood home and was a very emotional experience for me. She had an immediate buyer for me and was able to get me a fair price. Martina worked very hard from beginning to end to move the deal along. She was always available to answer phone calls and texts, as we had an open communication. Her greatest asset was staying on top of the entire process to ensure a positive outcome. Her pleasant personality made her a pleasure to work with and I thank her for all she has done.

ZillowVERIFIED I highly recommend Martina Scheben for all your real estate needs. She has extensive knowledge in all areas of real estate. Therefore, there was no question that she couldnt answer when my family and I were looking for a house. We were moving from Queens to Long Island, and she was able to hone in on what was most important to us, and therefore show us houses that met all of our needs. Needless to say, due to Martinas guidance and professionalism, we were able to make an informed decision, and purchase a house that made us all happy.

ZillowVERIFIED Martina went out of her way to accommodate us, often showing my wife and I the same house on different days since we had very different schedules. She responds almost immediately to questions, no matter how small and she was very attentive throughout the entire process. As first time home buyers we were anticipating being overwhelmed, but Martina helped make the process smooth and worry free. Would highly recommend her for any real estate needs.

ZillowVERIFIED I found Martina to be very helpful in several ways. She listened to what I was asking for and tried to meet my needs specifically. In the past others have shown me houses that did not fit my descriptions and have wasted my time. It was a pleasure working with Martina.
