For 7 months I sent Martin homes that I was interested in seeing and all he did was shoot me down every time. Either it was gonna be sold for more then my approval (when still on the market), it had multiple offers and every other excuse he could come up with. Until finally I said "Martin I feel like you really aren't interested in helping me find my home." His response was " GOOD LUCK ". Why waste 7 months if you weren't interested in helping me find my home. I found a excellent realtor that took me out every week to look at houses. On top of that I went with a different lender then Martin's person and got another 30k. I close Nov 19th on my beautiful home. Mike McDowell is an excellent realtor that will work hard to find your dream home.
