We were leery about using realtors, because we did not live in the same city as our property and are elderly and unable to do the work necessary to bring the property to market. Martian and his associates were able to provide us with the names of people that could provide the services that we needed to bring the property to market. Once Martian showed the property, placed it on Zillow, we had several offers to buy our property. He worked to get a buyer that would be able to close quickly for a price that we could accept. He kept us informed on the closing process. We closed in a couple of hours once we provided the title company with additional information they needed. We highly recommend Martin Melchor as a realtor with exceptional skills.

ZillowVERIFIED I have sold or bought a total of 10 homes , and this was the first time I used Martin Melcher. i wish i had always had him. From our first meeting, the buying a home for our son, and the selling of our mainland home, Marty was a professional top to bottom. He provides superior communications, is totally honest and trustworthy and works harder than anyone i have ever seen. Marty has knowledge in ways i have not seen in any other realtor. He can look at something and know what needs to be repaired and what it should cost you. He worked with appraisers to get our house appraised as high as possible. Because we had to leave the mainland, he worked with us , arranging repairs and work , and overseeing it. I don't think it is possible to find anyone as good as him, much less better. I am beyond thankful for his expertise, kindness and willingness to work with our situation , no questions asked. He managed to get us a a fantastic deal for our home we sold. And he walked us through every step. He does not make decisions for you but certainly helps you make correct ones. Don't use anyone else. And once you have worked with Marty, you will only wish he was in every state.

The whole experience was as smooth as it could possibly get; the distance played no pivotal role in the whole process of selling, as a matter of fact as Martin reassured me, and he was right, with today's online tech distance becomes obsolete. During the whole process we had to deal with a Not-so-competent title company and that was endangering losing the buyer and not closing.
