ZillowVERIFIEDThe Luna Team is absolutely amazing and highly recommended! This is the second time they have helped me and my family buy. With the competitive market in Asheville, the first time they helped us buy our home, we were able to go from the backup offer to the accepted offer quickly. Our first home purchase in Asheville was pretty easy, thanks to The Luna Team! Our second purchase and the sale of our first home was much more complicated, although, there were some easy and fun parts. We went under contract for a new build and at the same time listed our home for sale. They made listing and showing the home super easy! As a working mother (and working from home!) of two, The Luna Team let me know exactly what they needed from me and took care of the rest so all I had to do was wait. Throughout the sale of our home and the purchase of the new home, there were many bumps in the road but I had the wonderful support of the entire Luna Team. If I had a question, they quickly replied via email, call or text; when I was freaking out, they guided me through the process; and even when I thought it would all fall apart, they were there with a level-head on their shoulders. Thanks to The Luna Team, we are settled in our new home and have never been happier! The market in Asheville is difficult and if you?re lucky enough to bid on a home, you?ll want AMAZING agents supporting you that you can trust. Contact The Luna Team and let them guide your home purchase. You won?t regret it.

ZillowVERIFIED Martin and his team were phenomenal at navigating a long and sometimes frustrating process. Martin?s calmness helped me to stay calm. I just had to step back and let him do his thing. As a result, we have a beautiful home that is more than we could have ever dreamed.

ZillowVERIFIED Lisa was great to work with. She was very responsive, knew the area and was open to special requests. We worked with her as an out of state buyer and she was comfortable walking us through the entire process and the remote closing. I appreciate her and the Luna team.

ZillowVERIFIED We could not imagine having a more all around Real estate pro than the Martin Luna Team navigate us through the selling of our property. Our questions were answered promptly. We were a text away from being in touch with Martin & wife Christina. We are lucky to have agents with years of experience and knowledge for us to count on. I recommend their team without hesitation. ZillowVERIFIED Martin has been our realtor since 2003. He listed our home in Asheville for sale in 2003, and it sold within 3 days for full asking price. We called on him more recently to sell another property in Arden, and he, along with his AWESOME team was there for us through EVERY step of the process, even going ABOVE AND BEYOND when there were some issues with this particular transaction. Could not give them enough praise for the great job they did for us, and would HIGHLY recommend the Luna team to anyone buying or selling an area property!!!

They divide their attentions well, be it strong status communication and awareness, or contract details. They are also just plain fun to work with .. My wife Debbie and I highly recommend them.

ZillowVERIFIED Great experience with the Luna Team. They were with me every step of the house selling process...from listing to closing. Ran into a few stumbling blocks which they quickly removed or lead me around.. Always kept me updated and included in each decision. Advised and directed me but were never overbearing or condescending. True professionals.

ZillowVERIFIED Martin was very patient and understanding of our needs and budget. As a first time home buyer, we were a bit nervous and unsure of the process, but Martin and his wife guided us through. Martin was helpful and negotiated us a better deal with getting our house and repairs needed, and extras I missed. With the assistance of Martin we were able to close on our house faster than we anticipated and even got us the keys the day of closing. Thank you for all your help Martin Luna!!!!

ZillowVERIFIED My house was on the market for a year and a half with 2 other brokers with no success. Martin and Christine listed our house and it sold in 3 and a half months. When we ran into some issues after the inspection was done Martin and Christine were artful in their approach to resolving the problems and their experience in the industry became very apparent. They also were very open to our ideas and worked closely with us to sell our home.
