I instantly felt very comfortable working with Amanda! She's very friendly, knowledgable, and trustworthy! These days, there are endless agents, but it takes a seasoned agent to get the job done in a timely manner (I was moving from San Diego to North Hollywood, so I needed a lease where I feel confident to pursue at least 12 months). Mike and Martin provided a proper lease for me to settle in LA, since I'm still trying to establish myself, and moving my work to LA! Arin, the Landlord also showed up within 2 hours due to my minor concerns of the AC system, and he explained how central AC is a bit different than the Split systems! Arin also sent out his own Electrician to fix a few minor outlets, that validates how awesome they are as a dream team, and I'm glad that I'm the right fit! Back to Amanda, she's awesome, she's real, I was able to talk to her as a "friend" and I needed that connection for me to pursue with determination!
