ZillowVERIFIED Martin Fajado is knowledgeable, helpful and keeps the lines of communication open. I was relocating across the country for a new job. With little time to spare, Martin took care of all the details and eased a lot of stress for me. Took great pictures and listed my House. On top of showings and kept me informed. Sold my house fast. Followed up to make sure I received the proceeds timely. HIGHLY RECOMMEND

ZillowVERIFIED Buying a home is more than just a regular purchase, its a lifetime investment. Finding a group of people that look at this for what it is, and not aEURoejust another saleaEUR?, is difficult. We are more than grateful to have found MartA-n, Carmen and their team; they exceeded our expectations in every way and would recommend them to anyone looking for a home. They always kept us in the loop about everything that was happening and anytime we had a question they got back to us immediately. Ive heard horror stories about the process and was a bit scared, but never once did we feel that way. ZillowVERIFIED Martin and Carmen are simply amazing! I have and will always recommend their business. Before Martin, my wife and I used a different person to buy our first home and the experience was stressful and given the low budget we had, we felt like we were not a priority. Then we found Martin, and we purchased a second property (low budget as well) and he treated us fairly and with respect; the process was seamless. Since then, we've always counted with Martin and given him our business.Thank you Martin and Carmen, we cannot express enough how much you've helped us!!

ZillowVERIFIED I highly recommend Martin Fajardo and his team, the Team Fajardo. My wife and I purchased a house in Henderson, NV in 2011 when prices where lower than current market and there was a lot of competition buying a house. He was very professional from the beginning to the end of transaction. I'm impressed how smooth and easy the transaction was. He is very knowledgeable about the real estate market under any economic condition also very knowledgeable about home loans, that was a plus since we were first time home buyers. He was always there for us, answering any question, he kept us informed and he was on top of everything. With high negotiating skills we got our house under listing price and and his investor perspective and experience about investing in Las Vegas, helped us purchased a home with almost 90k in equity, it is more than 50% of the price we paid for.Thank you Martin Fajardo and Team Fajardo. You rock.
