ZillowVERIFIED It was a very complicate agreement because the owner was a family estate and members of the family to sign were out of town or traveling. The deadline for buyer seller agreement was coming close. Marthella had to travel to and fro to get the extension signed because of appraisal results demanding repairs. Great jobs Marthella.
