ZillowVERIFIED Martha, I want to thank you so much for finding me my perfect home! I know I couldn't do it without you. You are so willing to work so hard for all of your clients, you are very equal with everyone of us also... & I thank you so much for that! You shown me everything I wanted to see and was very honest with me! I really appreciate that. She never showed me anything over my price range, & I also appreciate that!! I learned so much from you as well. I can't thank you enough for being the best Realtor in Greenwood Sc! One last thing to say.. When I called or texted Martha any day, anytime, and even during family time (which I'm sorry) she was replying back to me or answering me in minutes. She was very fast and always in the best mood and happy to help me with any questions or needs! I really can't say one negative comment at all about Martha! Love her!!! Thanks again so much!! In love with my home!!!!!

ZillowVERIFIED Martha was wonderful! She sold my house very quickly, actually within a couple days of putting it on the market, I had several offers and closed on the house that month. The house needed some repairs and she was knowledgeable about contractors in my area and she took care of all of that for me. The process was very quick and simple and I am thankful for it being so easy.

ZillowVERIFIED Martha is the best! She showed us 11 lake homes and helped us narrow our list according to the priorities we had shared with her. Due to her family background in home construction, she is extremely knowledgeable about the qualities of a good solid house. She helped us decide what to ask of the seller after the inspection found a few problems. We would not hesitate to use Martha as a realtor again; in fact, she will be listing a property for us this summer!

ZillowVERIFIED Martha represented us when we sold our home in Greenwood. She is very knowledgable and worked diligently to sell our home using every marketing tool available. She was always available and quick to respond to any questions or concerns. Even after the offer she stayed in touch with us throughout the closing process. Martha is a very hardworking, honest realtor and does what it takes to get the job done. I highly recommend her for all of your real estate needs. I would definitely use her again should the need arise.

ZillowVERIFIED Martha is great. She was always there when I needed her ... and because I was an hour away from Greenwood she ended up doing a lot of the leg work for me with the home inspector, etc. There was a bank glitch on the day of my closing and although I was in a panic she helped me remain calm and told me what to do. Buying my house with Martha's help was a good experience and I totally recommend her.

ZillowVERIFIED Martha Sorrow was excellent in finding us our new home. She went above and beyond in the process. She made sure that she understood what we were looking for and we found it! The whole process was quick and she made sure that both parties had all requirements met as well as making sure everything was on time and completed. I would use her again if we hadn't found our forever home!
