Martha did a great job in helping me purchase my first home. She was very knowledgeable and pleasant to work with. The home was on a property that dealt with a sink hole issue in the past and there were many obstacles we faced. Martha was able to assist with getting the job done and provided me with all necessary documents needed to ensure this property was safe and worth purchasing. This included engineers reports and past inspection reports. She was very responsive and helpful with inspections and providing access to the home. Due to my loan being a VA loan the appraisal process was challenging. Martha was able to locate and contact an engineer who directed us in the right direction. Even after closing Martha was able to assist me with obtaining a document I needed for trash pick up. I am very thankful that Martha was able to work with me on making this purchase happen.
