ZillowVERIFIEDMartha was amazing! We are out of town buyers and not familiar with the area. She was great at showing my husband and I around and our options for neighborhoods. We found the perfect house and the process of negotiating was challenging. She handled it with grace and represented us well on the purchase. We were so happy with her service and would highly recommend her!

ZillowVERIFIED Martha began working with us from an email I sent to just get some information on the Pagosa Springs market. We went up and looked at a few homes with her. We did not end up buying anything until a year later. Martha kept us in the loop regarding properties she knew we would like. We ended up finding the perfect vacation home for our family. Excellent service and a pleasure to spend time with.

ZillowVERIFIED Martha was wonderful to work with in finding, negotiating and securing the perfect home for us. We met Martha though a Zillow link and she quickly demonstrated that she would do whatever it takes to complete our goals. Very responsive, happily answered our many questions, found us a lendor, kept us on track during the many steps in a home buying process and I would say, became a friend in the process.

ZillowVERIFIED Martha made my husband and I feel immediately comfortable as we began our day looking at houses in the Pagosa Springs area. She quickly understood what we liked and diden't like about the houses we looked at and helped us understand the neighborhoods, HOA and any short term rental restrictions, and generally oriented us to the town. Martha has lived in and around Pagosa springs for 30 years I believe, seems to know everybody and has been incredibly helpful identifying contractors and trades to help us get established.- She is the perfect realtor in our opinion, professional, knowledgeable, helpful and friendly- what more could you ask for! We highly recommend her for your search or sale of property in the area

ZillowVERIFIED Once again Martha walked me through the process (this time selling) with good information, patience and appropriate advice every step of the way. She went out of her way to assist with many things that are probably outside of the job description, but did anything needed to ensure the process went smoothly. She's a great resource, a great help and a great realtor.

ZillowVERIFIED Martha was absolutely phenomenal. We looked at a number of properties in the area and Martha provided fantastic insight as to the locations and what specific concerns we should watch out for in any home. We ended up making an offer on and buying a great place in old downtown with amazing views to the east and south. Martha helped us negotiate a fair repairs request and is currently helping us through the seller lease back. The support has definitely continued past closing and we're very happy to know that Martha is there to help with anything we might need! Five stars all around for Martha!

ZillowVERIFIED We cannot possibly say enough about how happy we were with Martha. She is knowledgeable about Pagosa Springs real estate, mortgages, insurance, HOA's, closing and simply everything we needed to get a fantastic deal done. She guided us through every step of the way, from initial contact to the final closing. We sought out with initial inquiries about interest in Pagosa on the internet and she responded immediately. From that point on she knew how to get us what we wanted. I know that one of the hardest things to do in sales is to discover what a client really wants. Her discovery process actually surprised us. What we thought we wanted when we first started, and what we ended up with was such a perfect fit. We highly recommend Martha to anyone interested in finding the perfect home in Pagosa Springs.

ZillowVERIFIED I don't think I would ever have found the house I eventually bought without Martha's expertise. We are in a seller's market here now and buying is no easy task. Honestly she amazed me. And even after the sale she's still there to help. As a native of the area she knows the surrounding communities, the ins and outs, the stuff to look out for. I will be calling her if I ever need to sell.

ZillowVERIFIED Martha is the realtor you want in your corner. She goes above and beyond the call of duty. She helped me "do a little sprucing up" of our property and the results were unbelievable. She listed it and 14 days later it sold. We also were able to get $33,500 more than we had offered to us last summer. Thank you Martha! YOU ARE THE BEST!!!!!!
