ZillowVERIFIEDMy selling experience with Martha was fantastic! Highly recommend her!! She is competent, very professional, knows the market well, and provides sound advice. She stays in touch so you know whats happening and was always very responsive to any questions I had or clarifications I requested. Moreover, she went the extra distance to help in other related areas of the sale. Great experience overall selling the property and great experience working with Martha. My highest recommendation.

ZillowVERIFIED Martha was absolutely incredible. We were living in a different state had never bought a home before. We had no idea what we were doing really. Martha answered every question we had no matter how silly. She was on top of everything. She constantly saw houses for us. Everyday. She was working for/with us everyday even before we ever met her. She was so incredibly kind, genuine, and professional. She helped us find the perfect home. There is no one I would have rather had. Kailey and I are truly indebted to this wonderful human.

ZillowVERIFIED Martha helped us find our first home. She was knowledgeable about the home buying process and was patient with us. We had a specific area we wanted to stay in and knew exactly what we needed in a home. She kept us updated on listings and answered any questions we had. She was always optimistic and positive even though the market was crazy.

ZillowVERIFIED Martha was incredibly helpful and patient. We had some very specific needs which were difficult to find and navigate. She was incredibly accommodating and reachable even though we were out of state (not to mention the pandemic!). She even live-previewed houses with us on Facetime so we could see them before buying flights. Weve already recommended her to several of our friends who also bought locally. Its great to have someone on your side, no matter your geographical location, before, during, and after purchase.

ZillowVERIFIED Martha was a blessing we stumbled across when looking for an agent to help my mom find a place. The current market climate was very discouraging, but Martha always stayed positive and active to find us exactly what mom was looking for. She was there every step of the way, responsive at all times of the day and evening, and very communicative throughout the three months we worked with her. I highly recommend her services!

ZillowVERIFIED We are in the process of preparing for retirement and a move south (Las Vegas area). Martha has been connecting us with available properties that we may be interested in. All of our correspondence has been by email and she has done an outstanding job of answering our questions and connecting us with listings to view. Due to Covid-19 we have yet to travel to the area to view some of the listings and check things out. We are looking forward to meeting Martha in person and possibly connecting us with our dream retirement home.

ZillowVERIFIED Martha is an exceptional agent! She helped me sell my condo, which my last tenant completely trashed. She arranged all work to be done to it at very good prices, listed it, and got a great price for it! Im now using her again to help us buy a property, and her service is impeccable on the buying side too! User her!

ZillowVERIFIED We recently purchased a home in Henderson, NV... Martha Marton was very informative, kind and courteous with our time, knowledgable and extremely professional. Martha made our buying experience an easy one, Martha showed us quite a few properties as we were changing our criteria at times, Martha remained focused and extremely informative on areas we were interested in and since we have children we had another scope to align properly in the scheme of things... Thank you Martha for everything, we couldnt be happier, everything you provided to us was absolutely in-line with what, we as a family, was looking for, even individually ;-) Thank you again!!
