ZillowVERIFIEDI hired Marta to represent me as a buyer in a 'For Sale By Owner' sale. I knew that the people would be very difficult to deal with, so I hired Marta to represent my interests, as I did not have the stomach for it. Marta had previously listed and sold some acreage for me so I was well aware of her dedication and negotiation skills. Marta did not disappoint, she stood her ground on my behalf and got me everything I wanted. I will continue to use Marta for all my future real estate needs. She is one in a million!
ZillowVERIFIEDChristi and I sold our ranch last week in record time (within hours), this was 100% due to the fact that we had the right person/realtor. You can have the right home to sell (or buy) but you better have the right realtor to make the transaction a smooth one. This was one of the best real estate experiences we have ever had. Do you want someone who is professional, knowledgeable, responsive and has your best interest at heart ? Better get Marta !
