Marshall Rosario

Marshall has been working in the industry since January of 2013 and is a top 3% producing Portland Real Estate Broker in single Broker production for 2016-2022. Acting in roles as a Real Estate Broker and Director of Sales, he has closed and lead a real estate team to over $110m in real estate transactions. Also a licensed Insurance Producer, Marshall assists clients with mortgage protection through life insurance and life long income planning through fixed indexed annuities. Marshall also has over 12 years of experience in executive and general management. Prior to real estate, he acted as CEO of an IT equipment sales firm where responsibility included managing procurement transactions for multiple government agencies. Marshall's strong work ethic, and background working with high dollar contracts, with an emphasis on superior customer service, engaging with one of the nation's toughest customers, the Department of Defense, makes him a great fit for the real estate industry. His father was a Special Operations Crew Chief in the US Army during the Viet Nam war, where he was awarded, among other honors, the Purple Heart, for wounds sustained in combat operations. Additionally, Marshall's father raised him to respect and honor the principles that his father had learned through service in the military - strong moral fiber, a duty to fulfill one's obligations, courage to do the right thing, respect, loyalty, and personal honor. He applies these principles daily in life, diligently working to ensure that all customers are treated with respect and honesty. In his spare time Marshall enjoys spending time with his two children, watching sports, working out and enjoying the Pacific NW.
