ZillowVERIFIED Could not have picked a better agent to help us with our home search. From the very beginning, Marsha was professional, informative, and readily available. Her interest and devotion towards helping us find our home was truly genuine. Her flexibility, availability, and quick response time to email and texts were evidence of that. We never felt intimidated by the process or pressured to make decisions. Marsha was very willing to offer her advice and wisdom, but was very respectful in allowing us to make our own informed decisions. In short, we would still be looking for a home if not for her and would recommend her strongly to anyone but especially to first time buyers.

ZillowVERIFIED If your questioning which realtor is going to best fit all of your needs and help you every step of the way, Marsha Sebastian is the right person for the job! For my husband and myself, this was our first time purchasing a home and was a little nervous about the whole process and what to expect. Marsha took all of our worries away and made it the best experience possible. She made sure all of our needs and wants were met, all while making it a fun process. We fell in love with our home the moment we walked in the door, and right away she got to work and made sure we could make this our home sweet home. Starting with price negotiating, making sure we had the best home inspections/testing done, to the proper paper work completed, keeping in touch with us at all times, she was spot on! Anytime we had a question or concern, she was always prompt in returning our calls and answering to our needs. There were so many things we were very unaware of going into this and with her knowledge and years or experience, we felt very comfortable with her and knew we could trust her to guide us in the right direction step by step. She keeps herself very educated and up to date in the rules and laws of real estate so we knew everything was being done the right way. When it came time for the closing, we could not believe how quick, smooth, and easy it was! Just like that, we bought our first home with the best realtor! We couldn't have done it without Marsha! She is such a sweet person, so easy to communicate with, meets your every needs all while making it a very enjoyable experience. I highly recommend her! She loves her job and helping people find their forever home!

ZillowVERIFIED Marsha did an excellent job helping my aging parents sell their home of 49 years. Not only did she handle her real estate agent duties well, she went above and beyond in her efforts to make this major move for my parents (into Assisted Care living) as easy as possible. She visited with them before they moved more often than would have been required, and also visited with them after them had made the move, but before the closing on the house had taken place. She was careful and patient with them when explaining the details of the settlement, and really watched over them as if they were her own parents. She also kept me in the loop regularly, and answered all our questions. I would highly recommend Marsha for your real estate needs

ZillowVERIFIED Marsha has been fantastic. As we are first-time home buyers we were flying blind starting the process. Once we started working with Marsha the process went so smoothly. She was very flexible and we were able to easily find times to look at houses. Then once we had found one we liked, she made time for us to see it multiple times and she even went out to the house on her own to check on a few things we had questions about. Marsha kept us on top of all the paperwork that was needed and is the reason we are able to close on our house quickly before our lease ends. I can not say enough good things about our experience.

ZillowVERIFIED Marsha helped us find our first home and then successfully helped us sell our home 5 years later so we could start building our dream house. She's one of the most responsive people we have ever worked with in this industry and takes all of your questions and ideas in stride to help you find what you're looking for. Couldn't ask for a better person and partner helping through quite an undertaking like home purchasing!

ZillowVERIFIED Marsha helped us buy a house. She is extremely responsive, and has a keen eye. During the search she was useful beyond mere act of opening the doors. In a couple of houses, she noticed serious defects that helped us to discard the house from our search. She was not pushy, and did not impose her opinion.Above all, she has been very patient with us. In retrospect, we were not easy customers, and she dealt with us gracefully.

ZillowVERIFIED Ms. Sebastian was like a breath of fresh air. I was unfamiliar with the areas in which I was searching for my home, so Ms. Sebastian willingly took me to properties in not only her territory, but also to other areas of Pittsburgh so that I could become familiar with the communities and to help me better decide where I wanted to live. She was very responsive to my needs, willing to rearrange her schedule to accommodate my time frame. I cannot speak to her processing expertise nor her negotiation skills, because, unfortunately, I acquired a home through another venue. I highly recommend Ms. Sebastian to anyone who is interested in acquiring property and wants to work with an agent who is flexible, highly skilled in her profession and intuitive to the needs of her clients. She is a professional who goes the extra mile to accommodate her clients and keeps their interests first and foremost during a time that can be very stressful for a prospective home owner.

ZillowVERIFIED The closing of our home sale was rather challenging due to a rather difficult buyer with a seemingly endless wishlist. Throughout the process Marsha kept her finger on the pulse making sure we did not miss any requirements or helped us with the lengthy negotiations all the way to the last day of our closing. Thank you Marsha, no one could have asked for a better realtor. As for my home purchase, another interesting transaction with the sellers title papers not passing and delaying the closing for 3 weeks. Again, I have nothing but grateful feelings for Masha, making sure that my interests were protected.

ZillowVERIFIED Marsha Sebastian devoted a great deal of time helping us search and screen homes, emailing us many new homes to view each week, meeting us on Sunday's for showings, and never pressuring us to buy. Once we chose a home to make an offer on, Marsha was quick and responsive, keeping us in direct contact with the seller's agent. From the time our offer was accepted through closing, Marsh walked us through each step of the process and made sure all parties invloved were prompt in supporting the closing. During our entire home-buying experience, we always felt that Marsha had our best interests in mind. Hope she is still in the business when we need a selling agent many years from now!

ZillowVERIFIED Marsha came to our very first meeting completely prepared with an investigation of comparable properties that were actually relevant to our home. She gave insightful advice on staging and was very knowledgeable about local property inspection requirements necessary for transfers of real estate. She is pleasant and prompt and does not make promises she cannot keep. Marsha is one of the most professional real estate agents with whom I have dealt, including when I actively practiced law in the field of real estate.

ZillowVERIFIED I have never sold property before Marsha helped me through the entire process. She offered valuable suggestions on ways to increase the number of potential buyers by making inexpensive improvements that people desire when considering buying a home. Marsha held many open house events, and she went over and above the call of duty by personally managing the property, as my primary home was several miles from its location. And she was always available day or night when I needed to get in touch with her, very important to me because of my busy lifestyle. I relied very much on Marsha's professional real estate experience and knowledge, which resulted in my property being sold. I highly recommend Marsha Sebastian and look forward to working with her again when I am ready to list my current residence.

ZillowVERIFIED I began talking to Marsha two years before we were even ready to buy a house. She gave us great advice on how to prepare ourselves for the purchase of our first home. Even though it seemed like there was never any end to our questions, Marsha answered every one with patience and wisdom. When we were finally ready, she took us on a tour of several homes before we found the right one. She even took us step-by-step through the process of negotiating with the buyer so that our home was ready for our toddler and newborn without any fuss. I would recommend her to all my friends and family if they want to have a great home-buying experience with a really amazing person.
