ZillowVERIFIED Last year around September I emailed several realtors that we would be visiting Waxahacie in the coming months and wanted to view homes for our move. No on but Marsha responded not only that it was with in hours that I heard from her not only by email but she called as well. We spoke at length about what we were looking for. She was amazing. She got us set up, sent us possible listings and was in constant communication with us. When we finally did make it out her in November she mad all the time in the world for us as we were only in town for a couple of days. The house we fell in love with, well someone beat us to the punch with an offer...just hours after we visited it. We got home and a few days later she let us know the offer fell through. We jumped on it and so did she. Two days later we signed a contract. 30 days later we closed. She was a tremendous help in getting things done while we were out of state. From our home inspection to the final walk through and holding on to our keys until we moved into our new forever home on February 1st 2020. In my line of work I deal with a lot of realtors. Marsha has to be one of the best I have ever worked with. She went above and beyond to help make our dreams a realty.

ZillowVERIFIED Our recent search for a new home began with a late evening phone call to a Zillow number published on their website for a house we were interested in on a Sunday evening. I wasnt expecting a return call that night but I was wrong, we received a call about 8:30 pm from a lady named Marsha Ratzlaff, she offered to show us the house the next morning. This house was not for us so we continued working with Marsha because she was a pleasure to communicate with, she was very knowledgable of the Midlothian/Waxahachie areas and was extremely professional. Over the next 45 days we looked at least 10 different properties that Marsha showed us and finally found the right home for us. Throughout our search Marsha answered or returned every phone call and text in a timely manner, most of the time within 30 minutes or less! She was always pleasant to work with and always kept our best interest in mind and only recommending homes that met all our requirements. My wife and I would highly recommend Marsha to any home buyer, you can trust Marsha, she cares and offers outstanding professional customer service!

ZillowVERIFIED As a first time home buyer who literally had no idea what was going on, Marsha was a complete godsend. We worked through a really rough negotiation on our first attempt, and Marsha was absolutely supportive, and a wonderful advocate on our (my husband and Is) behalf. She always acted in our interest even when things werent looking very positive, and always remained upfront and honest. Needless to say, the first house fell through, and Marsha was exceptionally quick at getting our criteria and seeking out other homes to fit our wants and needs (as well as providing a much needed morale boost!) We found another house (that we absolutely fell in love with) with Marsha not 2 weeks after the first fell through, and we would not have even looked at the property had she not recommended it. She advocated for us right until the final moments of closing, and made a point to ensure we understood everything, every step of the way. I can not thank Marsha enough for all the work she put in to help my husband and I get into our first home. I strongly recommend anyone who may be in the market (or soon to be) to reach out to her for guidance and assistance.
