Providing over 20 years of Atlanta real estate knowledge and expertise, her specialty is compliance, contract knowledge and transaction resolution, which is a valuable attribute for Sellers and Buyers as well. Marsha also works as Associate Broker at Realty One Group Edge. Care, Compassion, and Concern have always been her philosophy in personal and business affairs. It takes all three of these components to help people achieve the goals and desires they want in life. Marsha's goal is to ensure that she always remain on the cutting edge of technology, training, and mastery. In the cornerstone of her business, creating, fostering, serving the needs of her clients and maintaining great relationships are one of the most important attributes she possesses. One of Marsha's greatest accomplishments was helping coach the Peachtree Ridge Cheer team. The team placed 1st in Cheer Off and is currently a member of the Atlanta Board of Realtors Training and Development committee in Atlanta, GA. You can also find Marsha at Reformed by Lagree, where she has found her hidden passion for fitness and wellness. Marsha is very excited about her newest venture which is her non-profit Essential HUGSS (Hearts United Give Strength & Support). This is near and dear to her heart and was started during the 2020 COVID-19 outbreak. She is looking forward to launching it in 2021. Her hobbies are shopping, reading, traveling, and spending time with her husband of 32 years, two sons, daughter-in-law, grandson and granddaughter.
