ZillowVERIFIED This was our first home purchase. Marsha was very familiar with the area and was available for any questions or concerns we had. She made sure we knew what to expect throughout the entire process and helped us navigate through making sure repairs were in order with the home and everything was ready for closing on her end in a very professional and timely manner.

ZillowVERIFIED Marsha went above and beyond for us. She was great to work with. It ended up being a long drawn ordeal and she was with us all the way. She was very knowledgeable in all the paperwork that we had to do and was always available when we called.

ZillowVERIFIED She worked hard even through the Christmas season to get us everything we needed and made the sale happen in a timely manner. We had to sell and move quickly and she helped make that process easy and less stressful. I can?t say enough positive things about Marsha.

ZillowVERIFIED Marsha has been phenomenal in the process of selling our home by letting us know market trends in our local area and giving us feedback on what our house value is according to recent sales of similar houses. Marsha is knowledgeable and reliable and gets the job done!

ZillowVERIFIED Marsha was amazing and I would recommend her to anyone. Was very quick to respond and setup showings, even same day. Consistently followed up and checked in during the buying process and made life very easy. This was my first time buying a house, which was a little intimidating at first, but Marsha made it smooth and easy. No stress on my end. What else could you ask for?
