ZillowVERIFIED Maro was fantastic. I am very selective so it took a little while to find exactly what I was looking for. Maro was patience, kind, and receptive to my wants and needs. She was so easy to work with and was always looking out for my best interest. She wasn't just trying to make the sale, she was matching me with my forever home. Her thoughtful and committed approach found the perfect home in the perfect neighborhood for me. She was knowledgeable and professional throughout the entire process, consistently guiding me the entire way. She was aggressive when she needed to represent me to get me the best price possible. ZillowVERIFIED Maro was the absolute best! Outstanding professionalism. Made the process of buying my first house incredibly easy and understandable. I am Military and Maro understood and worked with me to understand the process of the VA Home Loan. She had amazing communication with me the whole time and went above and beyond what she needed to do. She would send updates as soon as she got them and helped me through every step of the way. ZillowVERIFIED From day 1, Maro was not just our realtor, but she became a confidant in our home-buying process. She combined professionalism and compassion to meet our needs, and what started as a virtual tour of some homes we just wanted to take a look at turned into my wife and me buying our new home. Even after closing, Maro has kept in touch and continues to help us with our relocation process. We started with a realtor, and have ended up with a good friend

ZillowVERIFIED Maro Shuhaibar is fabulous, an exemplary realtor. I would like to take this opportunity to give realtor Maro Shuhaibar of Big Realty, LLC. a very well deserved 5-star review. I am extremely thankful to have worked with Maro on my recent home purchase in the surrounding Charleston area. Her professionalism, vast experience, knowledge and strong negotiating skills helped me thoroughly enjoy my home buying experience. Maro provided me with straightforward feedback which helped me with my home buying decision. Her clear communication and the hard work she put into it made it apparent to me that she clearly had my best interests at heart. She is super organized, covering everything down to the smallest detail. She went above and beyond to make this purchase as smooth of a transaction as can be throughout the entire process. She answered all my questions and kept me informed every step of the way, start to finish. Additionally, she is very well connected with other expert professionals in the industry which made it very easy to move forward with the home purchase. The home was purchased sight unseen. ZillowVERIFIED First time homebuyer! Maro made the process stress free. Her knowledge and negotiation skills shined through as I was able to close promptly with no delays during the height of the holiday season. Additionally, she was well versed in the local area in regard to major employers, school districts, changing traffic patterns; and VA home loan criteria. I couldnt have asked for a better realtor to guide me through a successful negotiation and new home.

ZillowVERIFIED Maro did a great job assisting us in all aspects of buying our home. We were located out of state and Maro went to the home and gave us a virtual tour that made us feel like we were right there! She even drove around the community for us so we could see some of the things that were nearby. She guided us through all aspects of the process, helped us understand and navigate the differences between the South Carolina real estate process and the MA process and connected us with local lawyers. She scheduled and was present for all our inspections and was quick to share all the information. She understood our concerns about not being physically present for all the steps and was great communicating with us to ease our concerns. Our new home is in a 55 and over community and after our closing Maro had alerted the community center that we would be coming by to get our passes and information. She made the process as seamless as possible! We feel very fortunate that Maro was our realtor and recommend her highly!!

ZillowVERIFIED I recently had become homeless, due to an apartment fire which was a complete loss. I wanted to find a home quickly because I didn't want to live in an apartment again. I then set a goal to buy a house. Maro helped me be able to close within two weeks and also was in my price range and exactly where I wanted to be in Charleston. Maro was great and helped me out during the whole process since this was my first time buying. I ended up moving into my house less than a month after my apartment fire. Maro is great and I highly recommend to anyone looking for a home!

ZillowVERIFIED Maro is amazing! By the time we got to our 3rd viewing, she knew exactly what we wanted and was able to weed through the ones we wouldn't like, which saved us a ton of time. She was kind, courteous and extremely knowledgeable of the area. She answered my texts with any kind of question evenings and weekends included. Being that we were moving here from out-of-state, she handled a bunch of things for us before we arrived, like the house inspection, the AC inspection, securing the mortgage broker, the closing attorney, negotiated the purchase, negotiated the remedies for us after the home inspection for us as well. She handled everything. Then, once we moved here, I leaned on her for recommendations for almost everything, which she helped me with every step of the way. She is the BEST that this area has to offer. My husband and I are truly thankful to have had her on our side!

ZillowVERIFIED Maro did an amazing job helping us find a house. We were visiting from another state and had a list of houses we wanted to see. She found a way for us to see all of the houses on our list and got us an appointment to see a builder while we were there for 3 days, with no advance notice. We did put an offer on the house we bought on that trip. Maro helped us with the inspections and getting the correct paperwork filed. She made finding out home easy.

ZillowVERIFIED I don't even know where to begin with Maro. She's absolutely amazing. We moved from the DC Metro Area to South Carolina and I can't imagine a better experience with another realtor. Maro helped us close on not 1, but 2 houses AT THE SAME TIME! She had our best interest in mind, kept up with constant communication, is so knowledgeable, so kind, so friendly. She taught me so much and made me feel so much better about relocating. I was nervous because it is a huge move for me and my family, my first home ever, and we hit some snags selling my mom's home up north (the buyers agent dropped the ball so many times). But, Maro had our backs, helped us stay calm, and made sure everything was smooth on our front. I will always recommend Maro for this area or if she ever sells anywhere else! My dad is looking forward to working with her when he moves down here in 2 years! Thank you so much Maro!!!

ZillowVERIFIED Maro was very helpful in assisting us with buying our first home! She took us to each listing that we wanted to see and pointed out several things for us to be mindful of as buyers (such as home condition, location, school district, etc). She answered all of our questions quickly and if she was unsure then she was able to follow up after getting the answer. We are very grateful for her help and will suggest her as the agent to work with when talking with others who are house searching.

ZillowVERIFIED I have owned three homes and have moved numerous times. Giving a person all 5's isn't what I usually do. But after working with Maro it was a pleasure to give her all 5's, and she deserves everyone of them. Maro works very hard from beginning to end to give and do the best she can to deliver a complete service. I appreciated her personal touch to our concerns and desires. ZillowVERIFIED Maro was a brilliant professional in helping me and my girlfriend purchase our home. There were, as always, complications and Maro not only made sure that she was the person to get involved and solve the problem no matter what it was but she also had contacts and fellow professionals to help us solve every last problem top to bottom and only involved us when she needed us to make a decision or weigh in. It made the process as stress free and simple for us as it could possibly be. Without her I'd be without my home and would've probably pulled every last hair out of my head. She's an absolute godsend and any person in search for a home would be well served to let Maro take you through the process. As a first time homebuyer and the first homeowner in my family, I can honestly say Maro has had one of the biggest impacts on my life and I'll always be grateful for that.
