The last one was listed by a local Lewiston firm where we lost money due to lack of attention by the agent. Our work with Brian was just amazing. I contacted Brian during the winter to discuss the possibility of selling our summer home in Turner. He said to call him when we returned to Maine for the summer. About a week after our conversation, we received a handwritten thank you note---that shows class. When we met with Brian during the summer, we discussed the property and a listing price. He was willing to negotiate on the price after listening to my reasons the property was more valuable. When the conversation was over, he got on his cell phone, called his office, and had two showings booked for the following week---that to me is a mover and a shaker. Within four days we had an offer for the selling price. He worked with the other broker and all aspects of the sale went smoothly. It would be an oversight to not mention the work Nick, the office manager, did to aid in the process. Nick was wonderful to work with me to wordsmith the description of the property. My neighbors were so impressed by Brians professionalism that they talked with him about selling their house. I give Brian, Nick, and the staff handling the open houses my highest recommendation.
