This is a rare characteristic to find in many realtors today. Despite many personal challenges you were facing, yet you kept strong, always having a positive attitude, and placing all difficulties before the Lord Christ and knowing that He was in control and that He would look after you. Again, a very rare characteristic that one can find in businesspeople today. Since the first time I met you Marni in late 2020 I knew straight away that you were a realtor I can trust and would have my best interests at heart. I had been looking for the perfect home for months without any success and the process became very frustrating. Then this home in Riverside came on the market on a Friday afternoon and I wanted to see it straight away and you immediately obliged and by Monday morning it was a done deal! You kept in touch regularly, through phone calls, visits, and your wonderful magazine and before Christmas every year presenting to your clients those wonderful pies. When I started contemplating selling the house after 2 years, you guided me through the process and even assisted with advice of what renovations needed to be done to get the best price for the house. You chose the perfect color for the painting and suggested a new carpet and porcelain flooring. We were helping our mom sell her home of 62 years, found Grove Realty online and decided to give them a call.
