I'm Marnetta Arnett, a full-time REALTOR® in Central Florida since 2005 with over 30 years of sales experience and more than 500 families served. I've built my career on one simple promise: Real Estate with a Personal Touch. In the past, I led the Marnetta Arnett Home Team, but I found that clients valued my personal involvement above all else. Today, I work one-on-one with buyers and sellers, ensuring every client feels supported, heard, and cared for throughout the entire process. As a Certified Probate Expert, I specialize in helping families handle estate and inherited property sales with sensitivity and efficiency. I also guide seniors through 55+ relocations and downsizing moves, making transitions easier for them and their loved ones. Beyond that, I bring deep experience with distressed homes, short sales, cash offers, and new construction purchases--always protecting my clients' best interests. Local knowledge is one of my strongest assets. Having lived in Florida most of my life and in DeBary for over 20 years, I know the neighborhoods, communities, and hidden gems throughout Volusia, Seminole, and the greater Orlando area. Outside of real estate, I'm active in my church, volunteer in the community, and enjoy being a mother and grandmother. Marnetta is very personable, diligent, and intuitive. She was very honest and supplied me with information that was realistic. Marnetta took us under her guidance, to locate the perfect home. We had some different needs, and she was very attentive to them. I really liked the fact, that we didnt need to sugar coat our needs to her (even if they were a little different), and she was very open, about what she thought was possible. She found us multiple homes to review, 42 is close count. She was never off duty and always open to your thoughts. We had many laughs, while on the search. It is great to do business with someone, who can enjoy the ride, so to speak. We had a lot of fun and got the job done. She met us day or night, any day of the week. She answers her phone and email!
