ZillowVERIFIED When we were planning on selling our home, a post popped up on facebook to find the value of our home. After putting our home & email address in I received an email from Marly Walters. All I wanted was the value information to sell on our own. I responded to Marly that I was just getting an idea & we were thinking of selling on our own. Marlys followup email was very respectful & she said if we decided to use a realtor shed be happy to work with us. I love the fact that Marly let us breathe, (so many realtors were hounding us.) When the offers we were getting were very low & most wanted homes to fix & resell, I got in touch with Marly. One of the best things I did in 2020 ! My husband & I immediately loved her attitude & energy. We decided it was best to show an empty house so we moved out & the sign went on the lawn. Marly had an open house & cant believe how fast she had a buyer. We moved 4 A 1/2 hrs away & Marly took charge & saved us many trips back to the house. When I work with someone my biggest pet peeve is communication, Marly kept me in the loop constantly & if I had a question (I had many) her responses were immediate & she always had the right answers. Never realized how trying it is to sell a house, this woman kept me sane & I can never thank her enough. I recommend Marly Walters to anyone ready to sell. To get the word out to my friends & family, I put her information on my facebook page. We closed today & I can truly say I will miss her. But Marly made us feel included and informed as we began to navigate. Ive dealt with some agents in the past, and the major difference is the feeling she gives you; shes real, shes honest, and she cares. Like, really cares. Choosing Marly is choosing LESS STRESS.
