Marlon was an amazing realtor. He was always straight to the point. He was very truthful about the other 2 homes we went to see that they would cost too much money to fix up especially for the price they were selling for. We had great communication. We went to see 3 homes, and the 2nd one we went to see, it was the such a great find. The house was built in 2009. He helped us find the best broker. We had tried a few different brokers before UpMortgage, and they could not help us at all, and Marlon had suggested we try UpMortgage, and they were able to get us pre-approved very fast. Marlon helped us every step of the way. He helped us understand the whole process with paperwork and getting in contact with the sellers realtor.
