ZillowVERIFIEDMarlo helped us find our dream home. She listened to our wants and needs and worked tirelessly to find the perfect home for us. Marlo truly works to serve her customers. Her knowledge of the Naples area is an asset. We are grateful for the long nights and weekends she put in to help us find our home!
ZillowVERIFIEDMarlo was very helpful with the sale of our condo (which was an income property). She patiently listened to my needs with selling this property, and I was never inconvenienced. She kept me informed with the progress, including when there was no movement due to the economy as that time. However, I was satisfied with the time frame it was sold. I believe the property would not have sold to my satisfaction if it were not for her staying on top of the market. I have worked with other realtors, but none with the high integrity Marlo has displayed.
ZillowVERIFIEDMarlo is an amazing realtor. We had talked to other Realtors in the past few years and never felt comfortable or trusted anyone with buying a home with. She was kind and very very patient. We told her what we were looking for in a home and found us our perfect starter home for our little family. She hit everything that was on our wish list and more. She made several appointments to view the house that we purchased and gave us a ton of tips and pointers. On the day of our closing she was even sweeping up the mess that the sellers had left behind. She truly goes above and beyond the call of duty. I am not buying or selling another house without her.
ZillowVERIFIEDMarlo is a wonderful realtor! She listed our home at a fair price and it sold above asking price in 1 day! Marlo was incredibly helpful and informative throughout the entire process. We could not have had a better experience all thanks to Marlo.
ZillowVERIFIEDMarlo was wonderful. She was a pleasure to have as a realtor. She was very knowledgeable of the market and area. Answered all questions and was awesome from the showing to the closing! Highly recommend her!
ZillowVERIFIEDMarlo is a fantastic realtor! She helped me search for the perfect place, and was so patient when I could not decide on location, what I really wanted, etc. Purchasing a home can be a stressful process, but Marlo ensured everything went extremely smooth. From contract negotiation, to inspection, to appraisal and finally, to closing - she was so helpful and easy to work with. She knows Southwest Florida better than most people and can give you very true insight into specific areas. I highly recommend Marlo for anyone looking to buy or sell.
