ZillowVERIFIED Working with Marlene was wonderful. I was very out of my league when trying to sell a house and she guided me through the entire process with ease. She is very communicative and professional, yet kind and personable. I would recommend none other than her and/or the agency she is affiliated with.

ZillowVERIFIED Marlene is, hands down, the best realtor around. She sold us our current house 20 years ago and she was the only person I was going to have help us find a new one. Its a far better experience to work with someone who is personable, professional, funny, caring and works tenaciously for you than it is to work with someone who simply gets the job done. We love her!

ZillowVERIFIED This the second time I have worked with Marlene, the first was Purchasing a House for my Daughter which turned out perfectly. In selling the Kings Chapel Property she was very up to date on the Market trend and what she felt the property was worth. She offered suggestions on what I needed to improve in order to sell at a higher price. Marlene was spot on in turning the house in less than a week. I am very happy in this transaction and would recommend Marlene to other people as well as having her for any future endeavors I may have.

ZillowVERIFIED I have bought and sold five houses through Marlene and find her the best. We just purchased a new home, Marlene explained the process and all the forms we would fill out. She helped through the finance process, recommending a person to work with. We are now selling another house and she is our agent. Helping us with finding the right price, she helped us understand the houses which sold and the price they sold for. We received a bid the next day after the house went on the market. We went to Marlene's office where she explained the offer and suggested three responses to the offer. Great Realtor!

ZillowVERIFIED Marlene Wagner is a gem to work with. It took 2 1/2 years of seeing different homes for us to find just the right one. She helped us reach an agreeable purchase price on our new home, while at the same time marketing ours just right for a quick sale with a full price offer. Marlene is highly knowledgeable of the real estate business, takes her work seriously, stays focused, & treats her clients with the utmost respect.

ZillowVERIFIED Marlene was fantastic from start to finish. I was the executor for an estate that included a house that I needed to sell, and I live out of state, so I needed a local realtor that was dependable. I selected Marlene based on her outstanding reviews and she certainly lived up to that reputation. From my first interactions with Marlene, I knew I made the right decision. She was very friendly, knowledgeable and provided great advise... since I had never sold a house before I asked alot of questions. She utilizes the latest technology which included a document repository where I could electronically sign documents, which was very helpful since I was out of state. Marlene also was in constant communication via e-mail and texts and when I reached out to her I received a timely reply. Marlene took care of all of completing all of the documents and coordinating everything through the whole process. I took Marlene's advise on what I needed to update prior to putting on the market, considering return on investment. The price that she suggested really hit the sweet spot - we priced it based primarily on comps and after the first day on the market we had 2 offers for exactly what we were asking for. The closing is done as of this week. I genuinely feel that Marlene's top-notch skill as a realtor is the reason I had such a great experience and that the whole process went so smoothly. I highly recommend Marlene to anyone looking to buy or sell.

ZillowVERIFIED Marlene is an extremely professional and effective real estate professional. Marlene is extremely action oriented and provides the most expert guidance and advice. Marlene has local and regional contacts, making it easy to get my real estate "show ready." During the sale, she helped with ensuring we got the best price and could close as quickly as possible. Marlene is a great real estate agent, a great counsel in a time when I needed a real estate expert, and an honest, good person. I highly recommend Marlene Wagner for your real estate sales needs.

ZillowVERIFIED Marlene far exceeded our expectations of what a realtor would do to help us. Since we moved out of state when we put our house on the market, Marlene handled all the arrangements for necessary repairs and any other issues that arose. Marlene was always pleasant, she communicated well, and she offered excellent advice. Marlene had a buyer for us after only 18 days on the market. We highly recommend Marlene Wagner and appreciate all she has done for us.

ZillowVERIFIED Mom passed away in June and we decided to sell her house. Marlene was the first and only choice from our lawyer. I live in California and Marlene is in Ohio. She kept me informed of what was happening and gave perfect advice on how to make the house sell. Right before Thanksgiving an offer was made, she suggested a counter offer, and it was accepted. All paperwork was done via docusign so I didn't need to travel at all.

ZillowVERIFIED After my home was on the market for more than a year without selling outright or via short sale, I felt it was needed for me to secure someone else with more knowledge of the process and area. I reached out to several realtors to see who would be a good fit and knew the process. Of those I contacted, Marlene was the only one who responded, and at times I think she regretted that! Hahaha Though she had experience with my circumstances, the ordeal we went through certainly brought her to a new level! It was determined that short sale was the best and only option and she worked on selling my home for about another 1 1/2 years. It was a very frustrating ordeal to say the least and although Marlene hit many brick walls and had no level of cooperation from the mortgage company, she was committed and hung in there. We lost buyers along the way and she diligently worked to secure another and wed start all over again. Whether it was day, evening or weekend, I always received prompt communication with Marlene. I found Marlene to be honest and trustworthy as well as upfront about all the details. Without Marlenes hard work and dedication along with persistence and knowledge, my house would not have been sold. I am grateful and thankful and appreciate all she did!!

ZillowVERIFIED We recently used Marlene as our Realtor to purchase a home. She was always willing to show us any home we desired to see and offered her professional opinion and expertise on each home we saw. Had it not been for her willingness to meet us on a holiday (at her suggestion), we likely would not have been the first offer in on a new listing that we ended up purchasing, as there were several showings scheduled for the next day! She is extremely knowledgeable, patient, and will work hard for you. We will recommend Marlene to every person we know.

ZillowVERIFIED Marlene Wagner is a wonderful realtor and a true joy to interact with. We have worked with Marlene in the past and all transactions that I have been involved in with Marlene have been very easy. Before listing our house we met with Marlene to gain feedback on what she thought we needed to do prior to listing. We took her advice and our home sold in 4 days! Marlene is quick to respond and when the home that we put an offer in on sold to another buyer, Marlene spent a full day showing us homes (even though she had personal plans that day). Her sense of dedication and customer service is like no other. Marlene took the time to show us homes in all of the areas where we had potential interest and even suggested homes that she thought would be a good fit. The home that we ended up buying we would have never seen if it hadnt been for Marlene. We are so thankful to have her as our realtor. We would absolutely recommend Marlene to anyone who is looking to buy or sell real estate.
