ZillowVERIFIED From the moment we met Marlene, my wife and I felt a connection. We first met Marlene when we made an appointment to see a house she was showing. This became the house we bought. We had just started looking for a new home and set a time to see the house. Marlene greeted us when we arrived and immediately felt comfortable with her. After seeing the house, we fell in love with it and wanted to proceed with an offer. At this time we also asked Marlene to help us sell our current home. She guided us through the entire process, from getting our home in show condition, to selling it. Whenever something came up that I needed her help with, she responded immediately, either by phone, text or e-mail. My wife and I were so happy that we found Marlene and she is the only realtor we will ever recommend to anyone.

ZillowVERIFIED We have worked with Marlene on 3 different sales. She helped us buy and sell our first home, and then worked with us again on the purchase of our second home. She was fantastic to work with as our realtor both as a buying and a selling agent. She was helpful, professional and answered our phone calls and emails very quickly. We were never left to wonder about any part of the process because her communication was terrific. We cannot recommend her enough!! Thank you Marlene!

ZillowVERIFIED Marlene helped me buy a home when I relocated to PA and made things very easy despite the very difficult sellers we had to deal with. She handled all request and relayed messages to the sellers agent pretty much immediately. She also took time and showed me many homes over the course of a week and then again a few weeks when I returned back to the state to ensure I had many choices and was happy with my final choice.

ZillowVERIFIED Marlene went above and beyond for us. We had an unknown gas leak, two actually, which she investigated for us because we were out of town. She actually went back to the house just to let PECO come in to take care of the problem. She was very helpful to us in selling our first home and making sure it was handled in a very respectful way to all parties.

ZillowVERIFIED Marlene recently helped me sell a home that was previously rented. She did a preliminary walk through and gave me suggestions on where upgrades/changes could be made to attract the right buyer. She kept in touch while I made repairs and upgrades to determine when I would be ready to list. Listing was painless, and the photos taken for the listing were beautiful. The documents were handled electronically which worked great for my schedule. She kept on top of me and the buyer's agent throughout the whole process to ensure milestones were met and the process moved along smoothly. She responded to my emails, texts and phone calls promptly...I swear she doesn't sleep. Marlene also has an arsenal of contractors and other professionals that provided quotes and repairs which came in handy after the inspection. She is a tough negotiator and she coached me on areas of the deal where I could push back. If I had to sell another house, I would use Marlene again.

ZillowVERIFIED She gets to know your needs and goes off on that. She doesn't waste. I used her to sell my property and thoroughly explained everything. Closing was a breeze because she had me well prepped. She definitely knows her real estate and explains everything to you in terms that I understood.

ZillowVERIFIED We are very satisfied with our experience with Marlene Sabella. She acted as dual agent in this sale and we feel she was respectful and fair to both the seller and us. If it weren't for Marlene, our purchase might not have gone through. Her diligence was much appreciated. We wouldn't hesitate to recommend Marlene to a friend if they were looking for a realtor with whom to purchase.

ZillowVERIFIED Marlene was amazing. We got really lucky that she was randomly assigned to us from online. She was so patient with my husband and I who took 2 years to finally pick a home. Not only did it take long but, we looked in so many areas. We started in King of Prussia, which Marlene knows the area amazingly well. She gave us history lessons on some of the homes in the area we were looking at. We put some offers in and she made sure to walk us through every step and made sure we had all the information we needed. Not once did we feel like we were pressured into making a decision we didn't want to. After going through King of Prussia and Norristown, we decided to go to Lansdale. This was an area Marlene did not have as much experience in and instead of passing us off she stuck it out and found us our home! Now that we have the house Marlene can't wait to see our home improvement and we know she really cares. We highly recommend Marlene and we will definitely be using her for any future home adventures!

ZillowVERIFIED Marlene was so great to work with. As first-time homebuyers, we required a lot of hand-holding and Marlene made sure we understood everything throughout the entire process. She never rushed us or pushed us in to making a decision. We felt completely confident with her knowledge and experience. She made herself available around our schedules and was so responsive anytime we needed her. We couldn't have asked for a smoother home buying process. I would definitely recommend Marlene and would happily work with her again.

ZillowVERIFIED Marlene quickly understood the situation, immediately processed the paperwork to get the house on the market, and engaged other Realtors to share the house specifics. She worked closely with me throughout the process, but in reality Marlene solely managed all of the details, inspections coordination, buyer interfaces and settlement, as I was mostly out of town during the timeframe, including not attending settlement. I highly recommend Marlene.

ZillowVERIFIED Marlene helped us buy our first home about 5 years ago, and then worked as our seller's agent when the time came to sell it. She is a true professional who works hard to make the process of selling quick, easy, and profitable for her clients. She is extremely quick to respond to emails and phone calls, and her kindness and calmness certainly made the potentially stressful process of selling much more manageable for us. Because she is so knowledgeable about the process, we always felt comfortable trusting her opinion and we were grateful to have her expertise. Most importantly, she is honest, trustworthy, and always stays true to her word. We recommend her 100%. Thank you Marlene!!!

ZillowVERIFIED Over the last 30 years of buying and selling homes, I've worked with 7 real estate agents, in addition to interviewing many others. Marlene is by far the best! She exemplifies everything a great agent is supposed to be! She is experienced, honest and trustworthy, organized and efficient, prompt at returning calls, and quickly obtains feedback from showings. Her attention to detail is amazing - she doesn't miss a thing! Marlene truly cares about her clients, and it shows. She understands that buying and selling can sometimes be a stressful time for clients, and she does everything within her power to assure that transactions go as smoothly as possible. I've read the other comments here, and while they seem repetitive with positive remarks and praise for Marlene, there's a reason for that - it's all true! The bottom line is .. anyone can promise you anything - but Marlene does everything she says she will, and she does it well! In the future, as long as Marlene remains a licensed real estate agent in the state I am doing business - she will be the only one I work with!

ZillowVERIFIED Marlene made our first time home buying experience an absolute pleasure. Her incomparable knowledge, experience and diligence were extremely valuable throughout our entire transaction. I can see how this process can be intimidating for a first time buyer; between all the paper work, inspections, deadlines, negotiations and financial commitments, it can be quite overwhelming. Marlene completely took the pressure and stress off us. From the time we made our first offer, to walking out of settlement (in less than 20 minutes mind you) with the keys to our new home, Marlene was there to ensure everything was taken care of and all our needs were met. We feel extremely fortunate to have had Marlene as our agent and would recommend her to anyone looking to purchase their next home.
