ZillowVERIFIEDMarlene helped my daughter and me purchase a lot that we will start building a home on soon. She also help my daughter-in-law find the perfect home for her and her children. And now she is going to help me sell my home. In all these transactions, Marlene has been a delight to work with. She knows the market, she is fun to work with, and she is patient with and quick to respond to all our questions and concerns. I would highly recommend her to anyone need a realtor.

ZillowVERIFIED Ms Ritzman listed three vacant lots I have in Cedar City. I live out of town, so she did and is doing a fantastic job in getting my property listed and viewed by interested parties. Her responsiveness, professionalism and knowledge of real estate has made it possible to complete a satisfactorily quick sale. I highly recommend Ms Ritzman as a Real Estate Professional for anyone needing to sale or buy property in Cedar City.

ZillowVERIFIED Throughout our entire house buying process Marlene was absolutely amazing. Marlene was flexible with our unique circumstances and consistently did everything she could to make sure we were taken care of. From FaceTime video walkthroughs of homes, to answering our endless questions, to advocating for our best interest, Marlene was truly a blessing to work with. Moving from out of state made our situation particularly difficult, but Marlene was proactive and helped us to find the perfect home for our family. We are so excited and couldn't be more grateful for all that she has done for us! I highly recommend Marlene to anyone searching for a home in Washington County.

ZillowVERIFIED Marlene has done it again! Nine years ago she was the perfect realtor to get our family into our first home. Now that our family has grown, Marlene guided us through the stressful process of selling our first home and purchasing a new home. With Marlene's expertise we closed both transactions on the same day without any surprises. I would highly recommend working with Marlene.

ZillowVERIFIED Marlene was a great help in our house hunt in a difficult (for buyers) market. After seeing several houses that went under contract very quickly we focused on the new-build market and stumbled across a lot with the view we wanted and Marci worked quickly to manage a very quick close. Marlene's help on the builders' reputations and quality of work steered us towards good developments and eventually to a custom builder for our lot. Their help continued after the close with more information about the area, since we are moving in from out of state.

ZillowVERIFIED Greatest agent to work with. She really watched out for us and went the extra mile to help us find our dream home. We were relocating to St George from SLC and when we couldn't get down to look at something, Marlene went and videoed the home for us to see. Thank you Marlene

ZillowVERIFIED Marlene was great. We lived 300 miles away from St. George and watched for potential homes online. We were running down to look but most of the time they were under contract by the time we got to St. George. Marlene toured the homes we chose and did face time so we did not have to personally be there. Worked out very well. She also did her own search and recommended homes to look at based on our needs. Her assistant Marci is also great to work with.

ZillowVERIFIED I wouldn't hesititate to highly recommend Marlene to anyone looking to buy or sell property in the St. George area. She was extremely responsive, knowledgeable, and professional at every point in the home buying process. My transaction was complicated by the fact I was purchasing from out of state. She went above and beyond to visit properties for me, take photos, and chase down info that wasn't readily available. Marlene was patient, kind, and overall just great to work with! I'm glad I chose her to help me buy a second home and will continue to use her services going forward for future transactions.

ZillowVERIFIED Marlene is a rock star amongst agents. If you want someone who is responsive quick, problem-solving, diplomatic (if you have anyone involved in the transaction that might get a little stressed), practical, and just overall brilliant at her job, then Marlene is your go-to person. Thanks for making our purchase smoother and quicker than I thought even theoretically possible, especially in the time of Covid.

ZillowVERIFIED Marlene is a sweetheart. Very helpful finding listings of homes you want. Always made sure you were kept in the loop. Once the process started she had her assistant handle most of it. If very important though she would handle it herself. This was my first experience buying a homeso i felt negotiations could have been better but that's about it when it comes to Marlene and her help.

ZillowVERIFIED My experience in selling my house I believe was unique. Marlene sold it five times and each time the prospective buyer backed out at the last minute for various personal reasons. Completely out of her control. Her knowledge and research of the real estate market Is through and complete. She will listen to your concerns and give you an honest opinion based on her knowledge. She was always prompt in answering my calls. And above all she is fair representing the buyer/seller or both. Based on my experience with Marlene I highly recommend her.

ZillowVERIFIED Marlene helped me get a mortgage long distance so that when I arrived in St. George I was ready to buy. She also sent me 10 or 12 properties by email for me to look at. The day I arrived in St George we spent the morning looking at properties and I was able to find one I liked. An offer was made and accepted. It took less than a week to get all the buying and paper work done. Marlene was very helpful. I love the place I bought.
