Review You will not find a better real estate agent than Jon St Pierre. He is incredibly knowledgeable and responsive. He always had a calm demeanor and helped us find a path forward, no matter how stressful the situation was. He really listened to what we were looking for in buying a house. We couldnt visit all the homes in person with him because we were several hundred miles away, but he understood what we wanted so well, he was able to find us the perfect home. Most importantly, Jon is incredibly honest and conscientious. There were multiple instances he easily could have steered us towards spending considerably more money, but he never did. Finding someone as knowledgeable and ethical as Jon is incredibly rare and we cannot recommend him highly enough.

Review My experience with Brandon was very disappointing. In the middle of my home search, he stopped responding, and I constantly had to follow up to get updates on the status of my search or answers to my questions. Unfortunately, there was no proper communication and a clear lack of professionalism. He is currently with The Zoeller Group at Keller Williams, and based on my experience, I feel that if agents already have too much on their plate, they should avoid taking on additional clients and wasting others valuable time. Just as their time is important, clients time is equally important. Searching for a home is a serious commitment, and being left without support in the middle of the process forced me to start over with another agent, losing valuable time. Overall, I am very disappointed with the service I received from Brandon at The Zoeller Group, Keller Williams.

Jon put literally hundreds of miles taking my wife and I to available homes in both New Hampshire and Maine. The great thing was that Jon knew what we were looking for and was comfortable pointing out any shortcomings he saw in the properties we visited. He wasnt just in it for the sale. He truly cared about putting us in the right home. Mark took over the process after Jon had a bout with Covid and we never missed a beat. Mark was there with us when we visited the home we ended up buying and he too was excellent at pointing out things we might not have seen. Review Contacted to make an appointment to view a condo in Newmarket New Hampshire. I recieved a call from him earlier in the week and discussed the property and he asked when I would like to do it. I said Saturday at 10am and he said that would work so long as the property still on the market. I showed up at the time and property we discussed and there was nobody there and the agent did not answer the phone. Not sure what the miscommunication was.

Review It can seem pretty "standard" to give someone 5 stars for a review. But Ashley really earned the highest mark I could possibly give her. Ashley has been very responsive, knowledgeable, and trustworthy through the whole process of buying a home. She was eager to get me information and put my needs and comfort first. This was important to me as a first-time home buyer using the VA loan. I genuinely feel lucky to have been connected with her. She also came with a lot of good connections. She (no pressure) informed me about a lender I could use since I asked her for ideas. I applied through multiple lenders, but Ashley's connection was absolutely the best. They were very knowledgeable and responsive, a running trend when you work with Ashley. And for the record, I didn't know Ashley before shopping for a home. I found her on Zillow and took a chance. The best thing I could have done, she's fantastic. I'll be working with Ashley for my future purchases.

Review Mark Zoeller and his group stood up to their reputation of making the selling process as painless as possible. At all times we had contact with Mark but at the same time the day to day activities were supported by Mark's staff as well.Having never sold a house before I was skeptical using a real estate agent as we were getting people we know willing to look at making offers with no agent. As nice as that might sound, I can honestly say I don't think I would have sold my house having to deal with all the legal stuff on top of getting the houses ready for the Showing and the final clean out prior to the closing. Mark was there every step of the way to guide us through the process and helping to relieve the stress that ultimately comes with selling a house. My skepticism of using an agent no longer exists and I highly recommend Mark & the Zoeller group to help you through the process, but to also maximize the worth of one's home.
