We had been looking for two years in the New Braunfels area for a place to retire. We found a place and contacted Mark. From the start, Mark's insight in what it would take to purchase this home was right on. We had several other potential purchasers who submitted contracts, but Mark kept working at getting our offer accepted. He stayed in touch with the listing agent throughout the process and had us do several things that made our offer more attractive than the rest. We got the home and love living in New Braunfels.

Mark stepped in and took the place of a Realtor who could no longer help me due to unforeseen circumstances. He went above and beyond what I expected. Mark took me to look at countless homes in a fairly large area. Mark had kept asking if I was interested in looking at a new home, but I didn't think I could afford it. After several weeks of looking, he convinced me to stop and look at a new home. With Mark's rebate under the Homes for Heroes program, the builders incentives and loan discounts, I was able to close for under $2000.00 out of pocket. He also got the builder to reduce the home price by almost $25,000. I referred a coworker to Mark and from what I understand, she had the same good experience.
