This is the second time we have had the great pleasure of working with Mark. Mark listed our home in Fruita and it sold quickly, then he helped us find a great replacement home in Grand Junction. During the whole process Mark was tremendously knowledgeable, professional, and re-assuring. There were times we were extremely stressed, but Marks empathy and great sense of humor always came through to calm our fears and keep us moving forward. Mark is a fantastic negotiator and a real people person. He went far beyond what would typically be considered an agents job description and did numerous things for us (you know what they are Mark!) to help us out. We can not say enough good things about Mark. He is extremely easy to work with, helpful, kind, courteous and hard working. No matter what your real estate needs may be, Mark will far exceed your expectations and make your goals a reality. Mark is simply THE BEST!!!!!

Mark helped us purchase a home that was perfect for us. We were moving in from out of the area and didnt know much about the neighborhoods or builders which he greatly helped us with. He was always easily available and on time (early) to each appointment. He was able to answer many of the questions we had and was straightforward and honest with us. He helped us get all of the concessions we asked for from the builder and we are very pleased with our experience.

My wife and I lived in Denver and was looking for a home in Grand Junction. Mark was great and made searching for a home 250 miles away very easy. He made himself available every time I was able to come to town and was very knowledgeable about the western slope and directed me to a awesome neighborhood. Mark was able to get us in a home we love for $20,000 under appraised value. We are very happy with Mark and thankful he was there to help us with this purchase. We are set for many years now. Thank you Mark.

Mark was recommended to us by a friend who bought their house through him. He responded quickly to our needs and helped us find what we were looking for. He wasnt pushy and was very understanding of what we wanted. We would highly recommend him. He was professional and knowledgeable! Thanks Mark!
