ZillowVERIFIEDMark was seriously incredible. He sold a house for me last year and I just closed on a new house with him. Both times he went way above and beyond and he worked his tail off on my behalf. He knows the market, he knows the area, and his advice and expertise saved literally made the difference of tens of thousands of dollars more in my pocket over the long term between the sale of my old house and the purchase of the new one. And not only is he a great business person, but it shows that he's a good person in general. He's straightforward, honest, no nonsense and no pressure.I wouldn't consider a real estate deal in this area with any other realtor!

ZillowVERIFIED Mark is simply the best. We used him several years ago to purchase a house for our daughter several years ago. When the first deal fell through, he stayed calm as we were freaking out. Ultimately he helped us find an even better home in a very short period of time. When we decided to sell, he was the only realtor we considered. The house went on the market on a Sunday and we had 3 offers by Tuesday. We were selling the house long distance but never felt out of the loop. I would highly recommend him whether you are buying or selling.

ZillowVERIFIED Mark's passion for customer service and knowledge of real estate is unmatched. He continues to learn about market trends, current availabilities, and stays connected in the community to learn about future homes that will go on the market. Mark puts forth every effort to make sure his customers get every penny out of their sale or purchase, and will spend whatever time is necessary to ensure his customers will be comfortable with the sale or purchase he is helping them with. I would definitely recommend him to my friends and family.

ZillowVERIFIED I'm working with Mark Wierenga looking for vacant land or land with a pole barn in the Grand Haven area. Mark is a very patient, professional, conscientious realtor. Having been raised in the Grand Haven area his knowledge of the local West Michigan market is deep. His responsiveness is excellent, and he is not pushy in any way. He's genuinely honest and strives to give his clients great service. I highly recommend him for listing or purchasing in West Michgan.

ZillowVERIFIED I cannot recommend this agent enough. I was purchasing a home in West Michigan, and he was literally the only agent that was honest and quick to respond. I had gone through three other real estate agents before coming in contact with him, and I really appreciated all that he did for me.

ZillowVERIFIED Mark is a pro in this business. I know that his many years of experience representing both buyers and sellers and the ups and downs of the West Michigan real estate market has served his clients very well.As a contractor who has worked for Mark and some of his clients, I can say that Mark's approach is very low pressure for the client, yet direct and professional as the situation requires. His personal knowledge of so many area realtors, contractors, city officials, neighborhoods, etc. is second to none. These are the kind of critical relationships that get deals done at the right price, period. Give Mark a try, when you meet him you'll quickly realize, in his own words, "my passion is real estate".Matt Meekhof
