Erica was my realtor and met me to view the property and met with the inspection professionals so I didn't have to make the drive. She even looked through the inspection reports and put together a list of repairs we could ask for and negotiated the closing credits. Sabryna made sure I had all insurance set up and the correct information for property taxes. And she arranged the date and time for the closing, keeping me informed of any changes. ZillowVERIFIED (I didn't deal with Mark because he was on the opposite side of the sale, instead I worked with Mike Goebel, a team member.) Mike was fantastic to work with from the time I met him at the open house. He was the only realtor to send me answers to questions I had about the house after the open house ended, walked me through the process of putting in a bid, helped answer all of my questions every step along the way, and even went out of his way to help with small things like offering up extra moving boxes when I mentioned I was starting to pack. I was never left waiting for a response to anything (if he couldn't answer something himself about the process, there was at least an explanation as to who could answer it and what the hold-up was), and Mike was happy to work with me when trying to negotiate some sticking points in the sale: he let me make my own decisions, while fully explaining the pros and cons to each option. If everyone on Mark's team is as well-trained as Mike is, then anyone in the group would be a fantastic agent to have, especially for a first-time buyer like myself.

Marks confidence in our propertys value versus what another realtor in town thought we could get for it got us nearly $10,000 more than what we were originally told wed get for it. Needless to say it was a pleasant surprise once we received an offer relatively quick! Even while selling around Christmas time with an extended closing that stretched into a global pandemic shutting everything down, Mark and Sheri worked to make sure everything stayed on track and to keep our nerves in check as the global impact on our sale seemed uncertain to me. Equally as great was the communication- always making themselves available to our needs.
