ZillowVERIFIEDWe were having trouble selling our home in Hemet. We wanted a great price for our 5 year old home. However, we were competing with new home developments that were coming out every 6 months. Our previous agent kept asking for price reductions every month. After 4 months, we fired him and hired Mark. Mark sold our home in one weekend for higher than our previous list price. Mark did an amazing thing. Thank you!!

ZillowVERIFIED My family and I were looking for a single family home that would cash flow or break even. This was a tough order, however, Mark found us this gem in Pico Rivera. I appreciate his dedication to his profession and to his clients. He's a great agent. Use him. He will find you the home that you are looking for.

ZillowVERIFIED I needed to sell my family home to share with my siblings. Mark was very patient and understanding with our family issues. He was fair and kind to each of us (even when some of my siblings were upset). I'm sure that selling my dad's home was an emotional event. However, Mark handled it with sensitivity and patience. Thank you Mark.

ZillowVERIFIED I buy lots of investment properties. So I work with a LOT of agents. I would say that Mark is one of the top agents that I have worked with. He got me a killer deal in Corona. I appreciate that he never blew up my phone like most agents (I am a busy guy). He would always wait for my responses. Otherwise, I would not take the time to write this. Good job!

ZillowVERIFIED We had been searching for a home in Burbank and Glendale for the longest time. I ran across Mark at an open house. He assured me that he could find my dream home. We at homes for only 3 weeks before he fulfilled his promise to me. He worked really hard to get us a great price. I am happy with his professionalism and his ability to negotiate a great deal for me. I have already recommended him to my sister. I am sure that he will find her something great as well.

ZillowVERIFIED Mark is a hard working guy. He was always sending me stuff that I liked. He also showed me a bunch of homes (I liked a lot of them). However, he was pretty nice and didn't complain about all of the showings. I even asked him to show me a home on Super Bowl Sunday. Like an hour before the game. As luck would have it, that was the home that I bought. LOL. Work with Mark because he did a great job on Game Day!

ZillowVERIFIED I was a teacher and had many things to do at the time of the sale of my mother's home. It was a sudden family decision that was necessary. It was really close to Christmas time, so we were nervous that her home would be tough to sell. I was surprised when Mark brought me 3 great offers. He was a godsend at a really tough time for my family. Mark did a great job for us and we would use him again!

ZillowVERIFIED I have dealt with many realtors in my life. Mark hustled more than all of them. He earned my business and got me the price I wanted, where others couldn't. I'd feel comfortable recommending him.

ZillowVERIFIED Not only Mark charges less commission than other realtors, but also, he got me the highest sale price, about $100K higher than other realtors have proposed. If you're selling, for sure go with him. I highly recommend Mark Velasco!

ZillowVERIFIED Mark is great! He is very helpful and responsive. After dealing with 2 different agents before mark I was ready to give up. I felt pressured with the other agents, like if all they cared was about their commission. Mark put my needs first and made me feel comfortable. He seeked what was best for me and my family. I would difenetly recommend him to anybody who wants to buy/sell the house and I will definitely choose him again!! - Miguel D.

ZillowVERIFIED He was God sent, honest, mild mannered and patient. He allowed me time for important decisions without making me the "now or never" attitudes In had experienced from other agents from different realtor companies. He talked and assured to other family members for me when I could not. I highly recommend Mark if you need someone with sensitivity and all around niceness with your home endeavors. He was also very knowledgeable on the laws of sale and went to blows for me with my decisions for offers.

ZillowVERIFIED Mark demonstrated his professionalism from the the first phone call requesting his services. He was very responsive when it came to answering texts, emails and phone calls. He was also very accommodating to our schedules since my wife and I are both working professionals. He was a very good listener and he was focused on finding us a home that we wanted. I know he has many clients but he never said no to a meeting or call and always made us feel as though we were his most important clients. I would strongly recommend using Mark Velasco if you want to work with a true professional.

ZillowVERIFIED Mark is a consummate professional. He listens to your wants/needs and shows homes based on your established must haves. A family man that looks through each home with a different set of lenses than most agents, Mark is genuine in his approach and extremely patient when viewing properties. Mark is quick to point out potential problems/pitfalls with properties, which is a testament to his knowledge and forethought as it relates to one if the biggest purchases one will ever make. Mark is very honest and has a relaxed disposition. You will never feel pressured to make a decision to pull the trigger on a purchase. In fact, Mark would often advise me to take my time and carefully consider all options before submitting offers.

ZillowVERIFIED Mark is a saint. He helped my wife and I find our dream home. He is extremely patient and listens to the needs of his buyers. He was always there when we needed him and he always communicating with us. We were very picky and sometimes stubborn but he always had a positive attitude and never complained and helped us unconditionally. We believe that without Mark we would not have the place we have, He guided us through the emotional roller coaster that is buying a home in this market. It was a blessing to have worked with him and we highly recommend him.

ZillowVERIFIED I will have to admit that the concept of a "One Day Sale" had me a little worried as a method to sell my home. However, I was in a bit of a financial bind and had to give it a try to sell my home quickly. Mark was patient when answering my many questions and scenarios. Surprisingly, my home sold in less than a week. I am not sure what he did...but there were many Buyers and many offers. I was very happy with my final sale price and I didn't even need to do any repairs for the Buyers. I would gladly recommend Mark as a Listing Agent to any of my family and friends.

ZillowVERIFIED As a first time buyer, I was very hesitant when dealing or talking to agents. I talked to other agents and they seemed very pushy and too much of a salesperson. My wife and I came accross Mr. Velasco as a colleague of mine referred him to us. I called Mr. Velasco on number that I was provided, there was no answer so I left a voice message. To my suprise my call was returned immediately, we spoke for about 30 minutes where he actually answered some questions and also expained the entire buying process by phone and put me at ease. Mr. Velasco was very helpful in our transaction and was never pushy. He listened to us and had our best interest in mind at all times. As first time buyers we are happy with our new home and the work our agent provided...Thanks Mark.....

ZillowVERIFIED Mark provided me with the upmost service and efficiency in finding me a suitable rental. As a working professional I dont have the time to search listings on rental directories, visit and find out if "its a fit". Mark knew what I wanted, and worked within my budget. I would recommend Mark to anyone looking to save time and money and deal with a "true professional".

ZillowVERIFIED My husband would surf the net looking for properties. Whenever he found potentials he would call Mark. Mark would immediately get us more information on the properties and then take us to see the ones we had selected. He was efficient, polite, friendly, and he never pushed. He also helped with the paperwork and recommended an inspector. We sincerely appreciate vthe work he did for us.

ZillowVERIFIED Mark was a pleasure to work with, and we always knew he was on our side. He helped us through not only searching for a new home, but dealing with FHA loans, and with our attempt to purchase a short sale (LOTS of sitting and waiting for the banks to respond). We ended up moving out of state suddenly for a career opportunity, and had to drop our bid on a gorgeous house in Whittier. Mark was so understanding- not sure I would have been the same were I in his shoes. We will definitely recommend him to our family and friends still in Southern California. Thanks Mark!

ZillowVERIFIED Mr. Velasco was able to sell my mother's home in three miraculous days. He listed her property on a Thursday and by Sunday, we had two offers. Mr. Velasco advised us to go with the second offer. It was the best advise because they offered our listing price. Mr. Velasco kept us well informed through the whole process. He became very familiar with the city very quickly to help get the property sold. Mr. Velasco was very professional and knowledgeable. I highly recommend him as a Real Estate Agent.

ZillowVERIFIED Very hands on, held our hand throughout the process. I don't know how many agents would show houses on Super Bowl Sunday, Mark did!. Because of that,we bid on this house that same day and were able to be the first offer. First class service. Very hard to find these days, especially in this industry. But Mark definately provide first class service.

ZillowVERIFIED FANTASTIC EXPERIENCE WORKING WITH MARK!! Prior to working with Mark I used 4 other less experienced agents... Mark was very knowledgable and showed experienced working with short sales... my transaction took about a year to complete... Due to the delays of the short sale... Mark was able to negotiate an additional discount in the overall cost of the house... approx $10,000...I will continue to recommend Mark to friends and family he is truly a great agent....
