ZillowVERIFIED If I could give Mark 10 stars I would! Mark is an incredibly hard-working, honest, knowledgeable realtor with excellent communication skills. We were out of state buyers and Mark gave me a live virtual tour of Siesta Key island and the house we ended up purchasing. Due to his phenomenal negotiating skills, I was able to purchase my home for 25% less than the original asking price! Mark is anything but a typical realtor. For example, the home I purchased required some electrical and structural upgrades in order for the insurance company to grant me a policy, which was required in order to get a mortgage. Mark saw to it that a contractor and an electrician was hired and he personally supervised the work and submitted pictures and receipts. He was in constant communication with all parties involved (i.e. mortgage broker, insurance broker, attorney, contractors, property inspector, sellers agent, etc.) and was accessible around the clock. He gave me 100% confidence that nothing would slip through the cracks. After receiving this white-glove service, I am convinced that there is no better realtor out there. Do yourself a favor, call Mark!
