ZillowVERIFIED Mark is very knowledgeable, gives advice that is in the best interest of his client & is very patient! We looked at several houses before finding the one, and not once did he make us feel rushed. When we did find the one, he helped us decide what the best offer was to make based on comps and guided us through each step. This was our first time buying a home and he put us at ease through the process. When we did finally get the keys, I was upset the sellers didn't clean the house prior and was stressed about getting it cleaned before our move in date. Without hesitation, he called his personal cleaners and had them clean the house for us prior to move in! He went above and beyond for us & he will always be our go to realtor!

ZillowVERIFIED We love real estate, so over the years we had bought and sold using quite a few different realtors. Several of them knew we were looking for a specific type of house on Balboa Island. There were multiple offers on day one but Mark came through for us. In fact, one of the other realtors we'd previously worked with said "I fell asleep on the job." Mark has extensive knowledge of the whole process from loans through closings and he doesn't let anything slide through the cracks. When we purchased a rental duplex in Laguna Beach a few years later, of course we worked with Mark. He makes your transaction his focus and he makes the purchase fun.We will most definitely work with him again and would highly recommend.

ZillowVERIFIED Mark helped us buy our first home. It was a long process, but Mark was with us every SINGLE step of the way. We looked at many many houses and even with into escrow for a house and Mark was always happy and positive with everything going on. The first house we were in escrow with, the other realtor was a newbie and Mark was even nice to them. Some things came up and the sellers weren't being fair and didn't share everything they should of. Mark handled it all with a smile, while getting everything done. He knew the right way to negotiate the things that were most important to us. Even when it seemed like there were no houses or no end in sight, Mark was there to help us through it and always smiling, a genuine smile. I can't recommend Mark enough! We loved working with him!
