ZillowVERIFIED Mark was extremely responsive in getting back to me within minutes of any email or text. He answered all my questions and made the selling of my home a easy process. At one point, I explored opportunities to buy instead of renting, and Mark immediately found me several houses to look at and was available to go see them with me on a moments notice. Great job Mark!

ZillowVERIFIED Mark was very much aware of the market and helped me get the highest price the market was willing to pay. He called an agent back at 10:30 PM the day of the frenzied home showing and that ended up being the highest bid. With the home inspection there were a couple of bumps with the buyers demands but he worked calmly with the buying agent and we closed on time with no hassles. I would highly recommend Mark to anyone buying or selling a home.

ZillowVERIFIED Mark was very good at explaining the process and the steps of selling my house. I was impressed that he had an open house every week. My house went pretty quick. I was pleased at the fact that Mark had a professional photographer come and take pictures of the house. Thanks Mark for all your time and efforts.

ZillowVERIFIED Mark is a great agent. We liked that he was never pushy and trying to sell - he represented us and looked after our needs. He provided us with answers and guidance as needed/asked. He is very knowledgeable about Omaha and has a pulse of the market place.

ZillowVERIFIED Talent and skills may come and go, but ethics and moral are forever. It is rare to come across someone like Mark Tylor with such a finely honed conscience and sense of what is right. Mark always put my interest first and I can always count on him to give me the unvarnished truth about everything. I have used many agent before I met Mark. No one has even a tenth of his initiative. Mark is the very embodiment of professionalism in everything he does. I have bought three houses through Mark. Mark is and will always be my only agent in Omaha.
