ZillowVERIFIED If you are buying or selling, Mark is your guy! I have had my real estate license, and know what is expected from an agent. Mark goes far beyond what is required. His attention to detail and handling of issues shows his 37 years experience in this field. He is always available and solves all your problems. He makes you feel like you are the only sale he is working on. I was shocked to hear he had 4 closings coming up. That's how much attention he gave me. Mark is one of kind. Don't hesitate to utilize his services. He is the best.

He is very knowledgeable about price trends in Old Forge Crossing, our target area, and he provides sound advice on how to negotiate with sellers and prospective tenants. Once he knew what we were looking for, he proactively let us know about new listings as soon as they came on the market. ZillowVERIFIED When one lives 10 hours away from a real estate transaction, having someone like Mark is absolutely critical. Since he lives in the same community where my rental property is located, I called him first. The "interview" was successful We clicked immediately and from the start I was happy and comfortable. We communicated well and frequently and he was realistic about the pricing and type of buyer I could expect. The property sold in less than a month and was settled in 30 days from the contract agreement. Mark also worked with my tenant to schedule showings, repairs and inspections. I could not be happier and recommend him with absolutely no reservations.

ZillowVERIFIED I can't recommend Mark highly enough! He is incredible! He went above and beyond to help me sell my home in Devon for top price. He communicates clearly, is a strong negotiator, is honest and has an incredible knowledge of the housing market - especially on the Main Line in PA! He never stops until you are satisfied, and is one of the most diligent and hard working, and honest realtors you could ever find! You definitely want him in your corner! He's the best!! I was so pleased with his help in selling my home in Devon! He offered many great suggestions, and even arranged for a couple of reliable workmen to fix a few things in my home when so was out of town. Thank you, Mark, for all you did for me!

ZillowVERIFIED Mark did a great job helping me find the best price for my condo. He has a lot of expertise in the area - particularly the Old Forge Crossing complex.Mark lives at OFC, so he knows the complex very well and can provide recommendations for local contractors for improvements. He is also familiar with which units in the complex have sold, for what prices based on the condition of the unit.He always responded to my emails within a day.He was willing to follow my instruction through difficult negotiation when I was unwilling to budge on price.
