ZillowVERIFIEDMark was great! We started out looking at a house that we thought was what we could afford and he helped us see we could afford much better than the conditions they had. He was very understanding with last minute requests as well as always kept out spirits up when we were the second bidder. During the closing process he was available at any time for any questions we had. My wife and I were first time buyers and couldn't have asked for a better realtor to start us off and help us find our dream home. After we bought the house he still checks in periodically and keeps up with us. He's a great Real Estate Professional and overall person. Thank you Mark!

ZillowVERIFIED Mark was excellent from the beginning. His honest and straightforward approach was one that immediately gave us confidence that the property would sell. This property had a unique set of challenges but Mark assured us that the right buyer would come along. His listing was top notch. The virtual walk through and the drone footage gave potential buyers the opportunity to see the property and make an informed decision about whether or not to take an in person look. It sold within three to four months. I would highly recommend Mark to anyone that has a property to sell. He will sell it!

ZillowVERIFIED Mark Sweat was very persistent in finding the best deal for me, while being very honest and others-centered. He is extraordinary! He helped me find a wooded plot upon which I built a noncommercial work shop in my retirement. He is the best realtor!

ZillowVERIFIED Mark was amazing to work with when selling my Dads house! My father moved in with us last summer. In the fall we were ready to sell his house but, living two hours away, needed an agent who could manage all the details. Mark took care of everything! We got multiple offers right away and he helped us choose the best offer. I was very impressed by his knowledge of the market and financing. He was always quick to answer our questions and took extra time to explain the different documents to my father. I would highly recommend Mark Sweat to anyone looking to buy or sell.

ZillowVERIFIED Mark was a pleasure to work with. Right from the start he rolled up his sleeves and jumped right in to make sure that the property sold. He even went so far as to cut the lawn himself, so that the house would show well, and the pictures of the house that were on the internet would put the house in its best light. Wed had another agent before aEUR" the supposed local expert. This expert hadnt even bothered to move a cardboard box out of the way when taking pictures to show to prospective buyers. The expert placed a picture on the internet of an empty room with a cardboard box. Mark was completely different. He was professional, courteous, and he worked 24/7 to get the property sold. He was always on the job, even when he was at his childrens sporting events, he was available to answer questions. If you are buying or selling a house, I would highly recommend Mark to you. He is a great agent.
