Erin was outstanding from start to finish. She was very informative and responsive, especially considering we were living out of state when we began working with her. She came with strong recommendations, and she exceeded expectations. We found our house in just three days of viewings. Already during Day 1, she zeroed in on our tastes and preferences and adjusted the viewings accordingly. Even on the day of closing when schedules got a little hectic, she helped us juggle multiple activities and keep everything on track. Her local knowledge and network of agents is extremely helpful as well. Wed absolutely use Erin again should we look for a new house in the Rochester area in the future.
