ZillowVERIFIED We recently used Mark for the second time. He helped us buy our starter home in 2011 and we had such a great experience we brought him back when we were looking for an upgrade. He helped walk us through the steps of preparing our home to be sold (including advice on staging, painting, etc) and was always available to answer questions. We ended up getting multiple viewings and an offer within just 48 hours of listing.On the purchase end, he took the time to really understand what we were looking for in a new home and took us around to many (many) houses until we found the perfect one for us. He did a great job coordinating our home sale with our home purchase- since we needed to close on both houses on the same day in order for the purchase to go through. It was a lot of moving parts, but all went smoothly!Mark does a great job at keeping in touch with his clients over the years- demonstrating that you are not just a client or a paycheck- you're a friend!

ZillowVERIFIED We have worked with Mark twice. He helped us through the process of finding and buying a lot on which we will be building our future house. Mark was respectful to find a lot that fell well within our budget parameters. We found his knowledge about buying a lot helpful. Mark also helped us sell our home in Westminster. We knew there would be some difficultly since the house is on what some consider to be a busy road. Prior to listing, Mark did a walk through and provided a list of recommendations for improvements. Afterwards, Mark set reasonable expectations for what our price point should be and gave us staging advice. Mark was respectful when we were not fully able to meet all the recommendations. In addition, we started the listing price higher than originally discussed. After a few weeks on the market, we changed our home presentation and lowered the price. Our home had a contract not long after. Mark was patient and understanding during our process. He connected us with the contractor who is designing and building our new house. Mark seemed to always know someone in a different service field who helped us in our process as well, like an interior decorator, electrician, mortgage company, etc. Mark is very trustworthy, responsive, and willing to work with you through the entire process. During both experiences, Mark went above what we would have expected as well. He was very timely in his responses to emails and texts. Lastly, he is a family man, who often asked about our children and shared about his own. It made a difference.
