ZillowVERIFIED It was such a great experience working with Mark Risley as the listing agent for our home. I expected a nerve-racking ordeal based on previous realtors that I've worked with. But things this time went just perfectly smooth from beginning to end. It's either his extensive experience as a realtor or some sort of sixth sense (or maybe both?) that made the sale go so smoothly. He knew exactly where to price the home to create tons of interest and we had many offers well above the listing price. Prior to putting the house on the market, I had a list of several things that I wanted to replace or improve on and would have spent a bunch of money out of my pocket taking care of. But he said I just needed to focus on interior paint and getting it "staged" with furniture (which he organized for me), and really nothing else. He was 100% correct, as there were 24 showings in the first couple of days! Unbelievable! When we accepted an offer and the buyers came up with a list of things that they wanted addressed, I sort of panicked because I didn't have to the time or knowledge to find/organize the contractors to do the work. But no worries.... Mark does have a list of contractors that can take care of pretty much anything, but he thought it was best to just make some minor financial concession instead and that worked like a charm. The buyers accepted the terms and that was that. The buyers were elated and so were we! Such a Win-Win experience! Again, we were extremely impressed with the way Mark handled the whole process. I would never work with another realtor in the future, other than Mark. He's simply the best!

There was little traffic to look at the house, but about the 5th or 6th showing was the successful one. The initial offer was a contingency, but Mark calmly advised that we should decline the initial one and we got a follow up non-contingency full price offer. Thanks for the Great Work Mark!

ZillowVERIFIED Mark Risley is a dedicated and friendly real estate agent. He went more than the extra mile for us. He was always helpful and responsive while showing us new homes that came on the market. He was on top of things when we started making offers. After we were approved and we had inspection issues on the home we were in escrow for, Mark grabbed his toolbox and, on his own dime, fixed some of the issues that were stopping the sale from going through. I was amazed that he was willing to do that for us. My mom is moving to Colorado very soon and I insisted that she use him. I trust Mark with my own mother. I would highly recommend Mark to anyone needing a real estate agent who goes above and beyond.
