From the first meeting when they showed us a slide presentation showing all the houses in my area that sold, and what they sold for, to the very last day at our closing, my husband and I could not be more satisfied with Mark, Robert and the entire Rickert group. I never saw a difference among realtors in the past, but this group clearly has set themselves apart from the rest of your every day realtors. They are professional, patient, honest. and worthy of the commissions they earned. I will l use them again in the future as we hope to purchase another investment property in the future.

Being a licensed Realtor from another state, I handpicked 4 Realtors from various companies in the Albuquerque area whom I researched and thought their available marketing materials for their current listings were both thorough and attractive. After interviewing and asking each person to provide a comparative market analysis (CMA), I chose Mark to list my mother-in-laws home. Simply put, Mark and his team have more value and more services to offer you when selling or purchasing your home than any of the other companies I spoke to.Mark is detailed oriented, enthusiastic, and a great communicator which helps when he is showing your home to potential buyers and during the negotiation process. His team is prompt and responsive whether you are communicating by email, phone, or text which is an extremely important must have in a Realtor. I almost always got a response the same day usually within the hour to any question I had. When Mark goes to work for you, you not only get him and his immediate team you also get his extensive network which consists of professional photographers, contractors, surveyors, stagers, appliance suppliers, handymen and much more which is invaluable whether you are a Seller or a Buyer. You certainly can call to get pricing on services and repairs which I also did but Marks contacts were either competitive or better in pricing. On another note, other Realtors may say they aEURoestageaEUR? your home for you which they mean rearranging what you already have and maybe adding a few knick knack items but when Mark has his stager come the stager brings in pieces of furniture and artwork to get the job done as an added service. His photographers photos and video tour of the home are top notch and make your home look gorgeous in the spotlight on the printed brochure. Mark works hard for you as if he were the one selling or purchasing your home. He goes above and beyond and thinks of extra things to do that will benefit you that quite frankly he does not need to do but chooses to do anyway because he cares. He certainly went out of his way several times to meet contractors at the house for quotes since I was selling from afar; scheduled, coordinated, and donated furniture for me; hauled away mattresses; and frequently helped me check on the vacant home just to make sure everything was in order. He treats you as if you are a part of his family and I thank him and his team for that. I have been more than satisfied with Marks service and I highly recommend Mark Rickert and The Rickert Property Group for all your real estate needs. Put your trust in him and you will not regret it.

Once we signed with Mark, he staged our home, marketed it (lots of exposure through Zillow, MLS, YouTube, radio ads, etc.). We had a great deal more showings with Mark than we ever had before. He found a buyer for us, and we were able to sell at a price that we were pleased with. Would definitely use his services again!

ZillowVERIFIED This was an unique type specific family due to large house and lot size, enhancements and improvements, which required some "sweat equity" to complete the remaining projects in progress. Other realtors had issues in showing and selling the property, and did not understand to benefits that were already in place to improve the living conditions, quality of life, and save money in the long run, which was the major reason the house was on the market for a long time. Once finding a buyer, the negotiations were difficult, despite selling the house at a major financial loss, some of which due to the buyer demands, and mark was able to minimize my loses.
